A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. Dr. Fatima has a remarkable ability to connect with children, patiently addressing their concerns and explaining medical procedures in a way they can understand.

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

He came across as a caring and knowledgeable person, who made you feel relaxed at all times. He explained everything in an uncomplicated way, so that you understood. Would recommend him to anyone. Such a warm person.
