Pleasant experience, no issues

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

The nurses and staff were excellent, explained what was happening at various stages and helped to put us at ease.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I am only a few days post-op from gynecomastia surgery, and after just six days, I can’t believe the results I see in the mirror. I feel an incredible boost in my self-esteem. Choosing to see Dr. Nurein for this surgery was the best decision I have ever made. My new life begins today, and my goals are to eat healthier, exercise regularly, and work hard to take care of and improve my new body. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. They are so kind and truly professional, making me feel well-treated and comfortable during both the pre-op and post-op procedures.
