Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

I'm absolutely delighted with the results from my surgery. it was painless and very professional. Perfect result.

Post operation his care has been exceptional, any questions or worries have been answered for me. He gives me regular follow up appointments, he checks everything is ok and makes sure he answers any questions I have. He often has staff who are training in his appointments and I have noticed how he explains every single detail to them and again he answers every question for them. He shows care everytime I have an appointment. He has such a friendly personality, he is a credit to the Queen Elizabeth hospital and I would request for him for any further operations needed.
