Pleasant experience, no issues

The HCA healthcare centre was a pleasant building to visit.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

Dr William Wall explained each step etc which was useful.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I meet dr Hannah Douglas very professional and very knowledgeable, I would really recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good checkup of health care.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.
