My overall experience in Cardiac Clinic was superb!

Dr Brian Clapp was very thorough and friendly throughout my follow up consultation. The one problem was that he was 45 minutes late but I believe this was due to difficulties with the previous patient.

I found Prof. Carr-White kind and sensitive with my issues. He was very informative and supportive and handle my problem very professionally.

Efficient processing of test results and timely appointments

I arrived slightly early, registered and then had to wait for about 30 minutes until I was finally called for my echo stress test. I changed and had my test and then went to change back into my clothes but found that somebody had left their clothes in the changing room. Once that was resolved I got changed and then sat for a short while before being called for my consultation with Dr. Clapp nearly an hour late. I think that a bit of management of the changing rooms might be needed. At all times everybody was very polite, helpful and the experience, whilst stressful, was as comfortable as I have come to expect.
