I would like to express my greatest gratitude for Dr. Hannah Douglas and her personal assistant, Michelle Ruda, for the exceptional professionalism and care they demonstrated during my recent visits to the Cardiac Clinic. Dr Douglas was incredibly patient, thoughtful and meticulous. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and conducted all necessary examinations thoroughly, providing me with the medical reassurance I urgently needed. Miss Ruda was extremely organized and helped plan and arrange the logistics of the many tests required. Given the urgency of my situation, she managed to coordinate these appointments within a very tight window, which was a huge relief due to my upcoming long-haul flight. I simply cannot thank them both enough for the incredible help and care I received.
