Mr Fisher so easily displayed a caring and compassionate nature. He heard me, he listened, understood and explained, showing empathy throughout. Communicating with him was so easy and productive, always knowing what the plan was. Extremely timely input. Really helped me when I needed it especially after struggling elsewhere for so long. From consultation to surgery and follow-up, Mr Griffiths was absolutely excellent throughout. The procedure was explained in full, the surgery was very successful with minimal recovery time and the service (and the hospital) provided was First Class A* level.
