very good experience, Dr Ratu took time to discuss various options in the treatment of my ongoing shoulder pain, advice on exercises & improving sleep which has been disturbed by the pain.

Very thorough, kind, clear and reassuring

Suspected BCC. Was told there was something there, examined further, sat and wrote notes before then assuring me it wasn’t a BCC - felt this should have been communicated as soon excluded. Offered 3 options - all which left scars - none of which involved leaving it. Was told I just needed to make a decision and felt pressured to make a decision there and then even though I still don’t quite understand the point of treating it if it’s superficial. Was then told that unless treated they couldn’t be 100% sure.

Dr Kanani was fantastic with my daughter. He agreed to see her for dermatology complaints and although couldn't answer all our questions referred us on and we have an appointment very quickly to be seen within the NHS. My daughter was petrified of blood taking but he put her at ease and she thought it wasn't too bad! Thank you

Absolutely amazing!!! Made sure we understood everything before leaving our appointment. The appointment was for my 8 year old son who he was brilliant with & made sure he understood what had been said. 100/10!!! My son loves the blown up glove too ha!
