Dr Camilo Diaz

Dr. Camilo Diaz is an experienced consultant in Dermatology and an expert in hair transplant procedures.

Dr Diaz has many years of experience in his field. In the1990s, he completed his general medical training with a specialism in dermatology by becoming a dermatology registrar. In 2000, Dr Diaz gained the Dermatology Specialist Training rotation further enhancing his knowledge and skills in this area.

In addition to his skill in generalised dermatology, Dr Diaz has a particular interest in cosmetic procedures such as Botox and Dermal fillers; non-invasive aesthetic treatments. He has completed over 2,000 types of these procedures making a fundamental difference to the lives of these patients, improving their confidence. Dr Diaz is also qualified to undertake more intricate procedures including skin reconstructions, with outstanding results.

Dr Diaz continues to develop himself professionally, with more recent training and experience in the area of hair restoration surgery. He is the only consultant dermatologist based in the United Kingdom who has travelled to the United States to receive further specialist and comprehensive training, in the company of some of the best surgeons in hair restoration that exist in the world, making him a skilled expert.

Dr Diaz also has a passion for teaching the next generation of dermatologists and hair surgeons. He teaches students at Birmingham University.
