I ended up at Ease because they were the quickest and easiest to get me an appointment without much fuss or admin. Had a test session with my therapist and decided to give it a go. They were very professional, very atuned to observing things in the moments of conversation that ended up unlocking emotions and realisations. They held a steady safe space for me in which I felt myself progressing continuously each week. Thank you!!

The Paediatrician DR Bala was brilliant! We had sent over a very detailed description of our daughters issues and he had learned it. Made me feel like he had already done research into her issues rather than usually when you see someone, they are that quick to summarise, you feel they haven't thought about it. My daughter is not great with people she doesn't know, and he was great with her, started off trying to make her feel comfortable before he even started the consultation. Used great tricks to stop her getting upset during examining her. Asked us if we wanted to ask anything else that was not related to our original concern. When we went to the pharmacy after to collect a prescription, we had an issue with the medicine, we called the vessy receptionist, she put us straight through to DR Bala, and he offered to speak to the pharmacy. Amazing experience! And I could not fault anything.

My experience of counselling with Ralph is totally positive. He helped me to address my depression and anxiety, identify my triggers and negative responses and implement techniques that I'll be able to use going forward to stay mentally well. The benefits of therapy have been enormous and have truly changed my outlook on life. I would advocate therapy for anyone wishing to address their mental health issues and start the journey to positive wellbeing.
