I contacted Mr Al Chalabi via HCA after another consultant let me down, and I am very glad I did. He was able to see me for an initial consultation within 24 hours. The initial meeting was very useful, with Mr Al Chalabi explaining his diagnosis of my inguinal hernia clearly, giving me useful advice as to what not to do ahead my operation. He offered me an operation within a week of the consultation, but I took one two weeks later. His approach was excellent throughout - a good blend of professional and friendly. The operation went smoothly, and I have been left with limited pain and almost no swelling after the procedure. I almost feel lucky the first consultant let me down, and would recommend Mr Al Chalabi without hesitation.

This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.

I was referred to Mr. Sacheen Kumar from Kingston Hospital. I found Mr. Kumar, professional, approachable and caring. My diagnosis was plainly described and the options available to me. I decided to have an operation and the procedure was clearly explained. As a patient, I felt "I was in good hands' under his care. Mr. Kumar visited me regularly during my hospital stay, reassuring me if I had any concerns. I am pleased with the results.

I highly recommend Prof Mughal as I found him extremely considerate, well mannered, kind and super professional. On 19th of March 2024 Professor Vassilis Hadjianastassiou performed a procedure on the veins in my left leg. The results have been amazing! I no longer get any pain and I have started to go on long walks which I love. My leg looks so much better aesthetically which makes such difference to me. He was very approachable and explained everything very clearly beforehand including careful after care instructions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
