Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.

Dr Theochari took the time to explain to me the symptoms I had following an injury to the head. She reassured me without patronising and took my complaints seriously.
