After months of uncertainty and hearing a lot of “I don’t knows”, it was such a relief to finally walk away from an appointment with a clear plan in place. Dr Rose provided a thorough but easy to understand explanation of what might be happening, what to expect next and what investigations are needed. I felt listened to and taken seriously. He also provided a sense of hope and reassurance at a time when things have felt particularly overwhelming.

Dr Rose is very helpful during the consultation. I can see that he makes an effort to simplify the jargons so I can understand the medical terms better.

I was very pleased with the way the visit went. Dr Rose was up to speed with my details from my previous visit so we were able to concentrate on changes to my condition. A number of new tests were carried out to see how my current condition was. At the end Dr Rose suggested some additional tests that could be carried out and would contact the relevant people to get these arranged.

The consultation was very informative and insightful. It certainly fulfilled our expectations, and the explanations were exceptional. We felt that Dr Rose had a good understanding of our concerns and the background information we shared was invaluable to our discussions. Overall, the experience was worthwhile, as we were seeking a second option, which in the end reinforced that the medical care we had received was the best approach.
