I saw Mr Ypsilantis in his HCA clinic at The Shard, on January 2022. The nature of my issue (haemorrhoids) is by default awkward to talk about, and in my case the discussion had to involve details regarding my private life which made talking about it even more awkward. Mr Ypsilantis was friendly, understanding, and very professional, making me feel at ease and comfortable to talk about all concerns I had. My physical examination was thorough, and the findings were clearly explained as were the various treatment options availiable to me. I would highly recommend without hesitation.
