I went to the clinic Wednesday night after work as I was having trouble breathing, colds, headaches and had some chest pain that day and numbness on the gums. Doctor did some tests but before the results even arrived he said probably iron deficiency and B12 deficiency. Something about gastrtitis and allergies. He prescribed meds for gastritis, allergies, and then paracetamol. Told me to come back Friday to discuss test results since he’s not working on Thursday. Thursday morning, I woke up worse than the day before and had to take a sick leave. Thursday was when the results came but still no diagnosis from the doctor. I came back Friday as he asked. He said iron deficiency hence the iron supplements and also mild bronchitis but no need for antibiotics just cough syrup. When I asked for a sick leave certificate he said he can’t give one for Thursday, only Friday. Does that make sense?! He knew I was sick Wednesday night. That’s when I did the tests. He can confirm I’m still ill Friday. What do you think I was doing Thursday?!? Pilates?!? Of course, I was sick then! And he’s the one that told me not to come Thursday. Not even the end of it. He also did not discuss anything about the gastritis or the B12 deficiency he mentioned. No explanation. Worse still, the sick leave certificate that I had to pay AED 80 for does not mention the mild anemia and mild bronchitis even though he has prescription for them! The sick certificate only says common cold and cough! Ridiculous. And when I brought this up to nurse and reception— no help whatsoever.

Dr Anil Kumar ( endocrinologist ) is the best doctor and my favorite doctor in UAE He diagnose the issue and treat immediately I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues, and they have not been disappointed either so far he is indeed one of the greatest and most professional doctors PRIME has ever had.. Thank you, Doctor for your dedication and also being kind and compassionate. You are truly what this industry requires an incredibly genuine doctor and we are grateful that you are living here in UAE to help us and many other patients that I have personally recommend recommended.. Special shout out to the excellent nurse, Sister Simmi. She is always becoming kind and courteous, and this approach makes a difference, especially when you’re not feeling well and not having a good day. My OB Gyne doctor is ok but there’s really an issue with the waiting time and they are not following the scheduled appointment. I waited for a long time just to get checked. I arrived on time for my 8:20 PM appointment but the nurse let me in after 9PM and when it was my turn they were all in a hurry as it was probably near the closing time. Many times I have visited for my checkup and I always wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is ridiculous. What is the point of booking in advance if they are not going to follow the timing. I come on time for my appointment but I always get frustrated from waiting long time. I am pregnant and it stresses me out. Hoping to see some improvement when it comes to managing patient’s schedule especially they are dealing with pregnant women.

Doctor prescribed two optical glasses, one progressive lenses for far sighting and reading, and the second was a working distance lenses. After getting the two pairs from the optics shop , the progressive one worked fine but the Second for working distance the vision is blurry and I am not able to use because the doctors prescription turned out to be incorrect as he admitted himself. This was really frustrating as I payed a large sum of money for the lenses. I revisited the doctor and he realized that it’s his mistake once he checked the prescription and compared by the measurements he wrote down in my file. I did new lenses with correct measurements and I had paid again as the optician shop the wrong measurements is not covered under warranty. I request a compensation on double pay!

This is the first time we experiencing very bad customer service from Prime, not a delay, not caring the patients, not considering the value of time for any patient. the consultation itself taken time, after that we had to wait for more than 45 minutes till nobody came to give the nebulization for my daughter, I had to leave the clinic without taking treatment. The nurse mentioned you go and tell the reception not register more customers as there is crowd, which they are not able to manage. They are not well-versed to how to handle the crowd and provide customer service, better you change the nurses who are not good enough to handle the crowd, or you manage the appointments the way they can manage.

Dr. Denisse is a well-rounded professional doctor. He discussed matters with my health and laboratory results very well, in such a level that I am fully understand it. This doctor is very compassionate to all her patients you can fell him during every conversation. He speaks clear enough and he entertainment my questions and clarification. He don't felt hurry even though there is a lot of patients queue he will ensure that your time visiting him is make you comfortable despite of sickness. I visit some Filipino doctor but I can fully attest that Dr.Denisse is best.
