I was pregnant with twins, and throughout the entire nine months, Dr. Manar Hajali was not just my gynecologist, she was like a mother and a sister to me. Since it’s only me and my husband living here, far away from our own country, her caring words and loving support made us feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. At every visit, she made sure both the babies and I were completely fine. She was available for us 24 hours whenever we needed her, always patient, kind, and reassuring. Even after the delivery, she continued to check on us, ensuring that both the mother and the babies were healthy and recovering well. My nephew was suffering from snoring, mouth breathing, frequent throat pain and was unable to hear anything. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Swetha. Shankar, she advised medications first and then Adenotonsillectomy with bilateral tymponometry and grommet insertion(for his ear issue) My nephew is 2 months post surgery now and is completely normal and relieved of all his symptoms. I thank Dr. Swetha for her thorough evaluation and the right treatment. Our journey with her was hassle free and she always answered all our queries. The post operative recovery of my nephew was also amazing without any complications and she is great with kids too :) Highly recommend her.

I was very pleased with my visit to this medical clinic. I'd especially like to mention the wonderful gynecologist, Ekaterina Zhuravleva, who specializes in preventative medicine. She demonstrated high professionalism and attentiveness, which is very important in such matters. I also had my tests done at affordable prices, which was a pleasant surprise. Gastroenterologist Ruslan Gabirov is a true expert in his field, and I trust him. Furthermore, the clinic has a wonderful atmosphere, with friendly nurses and welcoming receptionists who create a comfortable and welcoming experience. I was very upset way approvals was handled, i m having cigna insurance which is not required any pre approval for vaccination. But still staff maid wait for approval, after showing msg from insurance that we don't need pre approval then also they said we know this but we need pre approval for billing and tell us come next day after approval because they were closing the medical centre.

The entire in-clinic process for my medical clearance physical check was seamless and highly professional. The staff and doctor were efficient and thorough. My only recommendation for improvement is the turnaround time for the final results. If possible, speeding up the administrative process to get the clearance documents released earlier would make the overall experience perfect.
