Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great this time on multiple levels, hence feel the need for writing review as we are very regular at PRIME and have been going here for years with trust. Firstly the washrooms on 3 floor and M floor were not clean at all, I had to use it multiple times because of my condition and each time it was unhygienic. Secondly, I visited the doctor for a follow up but they charged me for consultation, my appointment was within seven days which they canceled and postponed twice because of doctors unavailability and then blamed me for not coming within seven days. I expected support on this from the customer service staff atleast when we spoke to him but he also couldn’t do much. Thirdly, the sick leave we applied for was received the next day as there was some delay in getting a stamp which the nurse informed us, but the sick leave came within seven days wrong dates and employer name, even though I had given correct information. Then they were blaming me saying you need to come in the morning for sick leave because at night time the transcriptionist or system might not work! Whereas I had been there at 6:15 pm for a 6:45 pm appointment which they gave me and made me wait till 7:25pm to see the doctor! This is very disappointing experience especially after being there so many times.

Very poor experience at the gynecology department counter and scanning room inside the clinic. The staff attitude was not at all satisfactory. They appear angry and pass on their work stress and busyness to patients who are only trying to ask basic questions. I understand staff may be busy, but patients are not responsible for that. We do not know clinic procedures, so asking questions is our only option. Instead of answering politely, staff react impatiently and get upset, which is not acceptable. Counters are often left unattended, and calls to the gynecology counter are never answered—I tried nearly 10 times in a week. This clinic seriously needs better patient handling and communication.

I am visiting your clinic often and every thing is good and the doctors and nurses aren’t very professional but I am very disappointed with the pharmacy and the staff , it took more than 45 minutes to send the request to Insurance !!! And when I asked them , they send you have to wait and you can not ask us ?!? - I can ask not to wait for very long time because there is only one person sending request when you have 7 people just giving the medication . It’s very disappointing and I will not use your pharmacy in the next visit because it’s weast of time I have to wait for submitting and then approval and then the handing over more than 2 hours , I prefer to do it from other pharmacies

I have been a patient of Dr. Maria for 4 years. She was recommended to me by another doctor friend to help with menopause symptoms following poor experiences with other doctors. Dr. Maria is very knowledgeable and showed great empathy. I felt like someone really understood what I was going through for the first time. She immediately got me onto the correct HRT which alleviated all my symptoms and improved my quality of life. She makes me feel at ease during routine appointments as opposed to feeling embarrassed. I was long time waiting, because the nurse was alone, so many patients are waiting as well, plus she’s the one who answering the phone and take long time talking with someone and the Doctor told me to inform the nurse for nebulizer and to type the sickleave certificate, she told me later, again i repeat inform her to do the sick leave certificate, i wait for longer time i feel irritated because im not well and still waiting for longer time.

The doctor was not attentive at all during the whole conversation. His support staff and himself were occupied in their own world and when I asked about it, they said they have been busy so they are a little lost in their world. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns, rather he went on with explaining about what he feels as if it were a classroom session. I will never visit this dentist and will never recommend him to anyone.

Just one thing about the prescriptions, it wasn’t discuss to me by the doctor that he will give me a 2months medication for my eyes. So since the waiting time with the insurance approval was really long, I have no choice but to take it and paid 100aed. Cuz I ask the pharmacist if he can reduce that medication because it’s a lot. He said then again it will take time. It’s just unnecessary 2months of medication!
