At the time of registration, patients are asked to provide their ID at the reception. However, the current process often results in IDs being left behind. For sick patients, there is a high chance they may forget to collect it, which can cause unnecessary stress when they realize days later that their ID is missing. Unless they recall that the clinic staff kept it during their visit, they must arrange another day to come back and collect it—an especially difficult situation for those who do not live nearby. This procedure needs to be improved to avoid such inconvenience.

I recently found out I have a gall bladder stone and due for surgery in few days. I was very nervous and a complete wreck, and also because it's my very first surgery.
