Overall the visit was good. There is an opportunity to improve registration and nursing station process because it’s not clear what is supposed to happen. After registration we are told to go to the Nursing station, and at the nursing station they simply tell you to sit down. They should inform you that we are queued in the system as. The nurse will call us when it’s our turn. However, that is not made clear so there is confusion with most of the people who are waiting outside the nursing station, with many people repeatedly going to the nurse and asking when they will be seen. If you can improve this, it would make the clinic much better. Thank you

So I just got a BBL done with Dr. Miguel Gómez Bravo here in Abu Dhabi and wow, I'm really happy with how everything came out! I was nervous at first, not gonna lie, but he walked me through everything. He does this ultrasound-guided technique when transferring the fat which honestly put my mind at ease. The results look really natural, like I got the shape I wanted but it doesn't look fake or too much, you know? If anyone's thinking about getting this done in the UAE, he's worth checking out for sure. I went in with pretty high expectations and I'm still impressed with how smooth everything went.

The doctor or nurse haven’t called me for 4 days even though the doctor told me she will call me back regarding the lab results the next day, I left a couple requests over the Prime medical phone line. The doctor also didn’t send the prescription so I couldn’t collect it come the nearest pharmacy so I only got my medicine after 6 days from my appointment. She also told me to fast for the appointment she scheduled for me with another doctor but he said it was too late in the day to do the test
