I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent Telehealth appointment experience, which has been quite stressful and disappointing overall. Firstly, I would like to clarify that this feedback is not related to the doctor. She was helpful and professional as always, and I appreciate her support. However, the entire process—from booking the appointment to the current delay in receiving my medication—has been extremely unorganized. I had booked an appointment for 18:20 hrs and was informed by the agent that I would receive a consent form between 17:50 and 18:00 hrs. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication during that time and had to call back myself at 18:15 hrs to check on the status. I was then transferred to the branch, where they were not even aware of my appointment, despite me having received an SMS confirmation. This delay took an additional 10–15 minutes, which meant my appointment time had already passed. After finally completing the consent process, I received the doctor’s call at around 18:40 hrs. Following the consultation, I was informed that the pharmacy would contact me the next day to arrange delivery of my medication. However, I did not receive any communication. I had to once again follow up by calling the contact center, only to be transferred multiple times between different pharmacies in Sharjah. Each time, I was redirected elsewhere, as no one seemed to have clarity on the Telehealth process. Eventually, I was informed that the request would be transferred to Zero 6 Mall Pharmacy and that I would be contacted shortly. It has now been quite some time, and I am still waiting for any update or delivery confirmation. Overall, this experience has been far from helpful. Instead of a seamless Telehealth service, I have had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get basic updates on my medication. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and request that this matter be looked into urgently to prevent similar experiences for other patients.

In every visit, I feel reassured that I am in safe and capable hands. He is a doctor I fully trust and rely on for multiple medical concerns, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated physician. My experience with Prime Clinic was not good. The first issue I faced was with how my appointment was handled. The nurse kept calling me while I was on the way and rushing me to arrive earlier, even though the call center had informed me that the doctor would be available until 5:00 PM. However, starting from 4:00 PM, the nurse insisted that the doctor would leave at 4:30 PM, which made me feel very stressed and uncomfortable. The second issue was during the blood pressure measurement. The device they used was extremely tight and caused me significant pain. Afterward, I noticed marks on my arm that looked like bruising or blood trapped under the skin. This made the whole experience even more unpleasant, and I would not feel comfortable repeating it.

the orttho doctor at first only wants to prescribe a pain medication and thats it. i am physiotherapist my self and i am the one who requested for a physio rehab and an. xray. if i did not insist it would be just phamacologic solutions he offered. after xray theres a change of curvature in my neck area and calcium deposits upon checking the physio plan, its not mention only “back spasm”. and treatment plan is just for the spasm. what happened to the change of cervical curvature? or to the calcium deposit? he need to re assess me
