I booked an orthopedic appointment by phone for my son after he injured his leg. After a long wait at registration, I was informed that my insurance does not cover this specific orthopedic doctor, even though my insurance is covered at this medical center and covers all other doctors. I was later told that the issue is that the doctor is new and his insurance paperwork is not yet completed. This is an internal administrative issue and should not affect patients. The doctor is actively working at the medical center and seeing patients, yet my son was refused consultation unless I paid cash. No one informed me of this issue during the phone booking. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy or apology, despite my son being on a wheelchair and in need of urgent orthopedic care. Even after being seen by a Family Medicine doctor and advised to consult an orthopedic specialist, registration still refused to allow access to the orthopedic doctor for the same reason. This experience shows poor communication, mismanagement, and lack of patient care, and caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect this matter to be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

This is the second time I’ve undergone a dental procedure with Dr. Sanjay, and without hesitation, I can say he is the best dentist I’ve had in the UAE. I’ve been working here for over a decade, and for most of that time, I avoided dental procedures altogether because of several bad experiences in the past. Despite the advanced facilities, I often felt that many dentists were not properly trained, and that fear stayed with me for years. That changed after my first visit with Dr. Sanjay. For the first time, I felt confident, safe, and genuinely cared for as a patient. His skill, professionalism, and attention to detail completely restored my trust. That experience alone was the reason I came back and why I chose Prime Medical BurJuman Mall branch again. Dr. Sanjay didn’t just treat my teeth; he changed how I feel about dental care in the UAE. Special kudos as well to his nurse, Leena! She was very professional and kind as well.

Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

Dr Anil Kumar ( endocrinologist ) is the best doctor and my favorite doctor in UAE He diagnose the issue and treat immediately I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues, and they have not been disappointed either so far he is indeed one of the greatest and most professional doctors PRIME has ever had.. Thank you, Doctor for your dedication and also being kind and compassionate. You are truly what this industry requires an incredibly genuine doctor and we are grateful that you are living here in UAE to help us and many other patients that I have personally recommend recommended.. Special shout out to the excellent nurse, Sister Simmi. She is always becoming kind and courteous, and this approach makes a difference, especially when you’re not feeling well and not having a good day. I was made to wait for about an hour and I had to pay AED 800 + medicine for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist after being redirected by the ENT specialist because they didn’t think that my ear pain was due to infection but rather due to something related to my jaw. The dentist suggested I get a mouth guard, which would have been another AED 2500 out of pocket, to which I said I would get back to them after talking to insurance. All in all, I came back from the hospital with just pain medication which was not covered by my insurance and no solution for my hurting ear. Will not be coming back. All staff however were very polite and helpful.

I’ve had an amazing experience with dr shouku. He’s very committed to his work, which is clearly visible in the service provided. Dr. Shouku is the only person I would blindly trust with my teeth. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the clinic and Dr. Shouku. I plan on getting Invisalign done by him and so far I’ve had my Invisalign consultation, where I was shown what my teeth would realistically look like after the procedure using the itero machine. He customized the results to make it my dream smile and to make my dream a reality.
