    Please keep in mind that my rating has nothing to do with the staff and doctors that attained to me during my visit. My bad experience was after my visit, I paid for my sick leave which usually take less than 5mins to receive once you’ve made the payment to MOHAP. Once I left the hospital I waited till the evening around 6pm I call the customer service the Asian guy ( Indian) who picked my called told me it takes 24hr and he seems not wanting to assist, once I told him that I often apply it by myself and told him about the time frame he said he will check with the clinic and get back to me. Came back to me and repeated himself and I did the same, the he didn’t have anything else to say but to transfer me to the clinic. Fast forward to the clinic I spoke their supervisor on duty VERY UNPROFESSIONAL sanja or sajav… I forgot her name too she told me it takes 24hr and the guys at the clinic already informed it takes 24hr, I told her I often apply it by myself and it doesn’t take that long and she told me it has been apply they are just waiting to receive it. I told her she was wrong with MOHAP once the payment is received you instantly receive a notification has been approved then your sick leave follow. She told me she has to check with the nurse, I told her it’s not the nurse applying for the sick leave you’ve a particular staff that does that. Then I knew something wasn’t right, I told her if it has been applied send me the Application Number I’ll verify it on my end she said she doesn’t hav access to it she will ask and get back to me. I waited for and hour and I decided to go to the clinic. On arrival to the clinic I met Mosiz very nice guy and always assist me and my family, I explained to him the situation and he came back to saying wait 5mins you’ll get your sick leave. And guess what they had not applied for it as i thought, mind you my state Dr Avinesh said I need to have a bed rest not to strained my thigh and I had to come all the way to the clinic just for them to apply a sick leave I had paid since morning. If that supervisor was professional she would have just been honest with me and I would have known what to say to my company once they asked for the sick leave. But she thought she is so smart. I’m really pissed and disappointed.

    Doctor Hani, he made a surgery to my wife and we both managed to talk to the insurance company to accelerate the approval process as it was delayed for almost 5 days, all issues started before the first visit after the surgery. I found myself going to be late for 15 minutes, out of respect I texted him to inform him about the traffic challenge and apologized for the delay. The Doctor response was so aggressive, he didn’t respond back to my message and once I reached the hospital I found his assistant telling me that our appointment got canceled as a result of being behind the scheduled time by 12 minutes and he came at the reception to let me hear that he is not accepting any late arrival from patients to his schedule. 2nd appointment for check up he decided to cancel and I accepted his request, however second day we planned to leave home enough time before our appointment time and unexpected accident blocked the road for 25 minutes which will cause a delay on arrival but it was unintentional, we called the hospital to inform that we stuck in traffic and we may reach by 6:20 pm they asked for a chance to check with the doctor and he decided to cancel and leave considering his shift is over. The big thing I can’t let go that he refused to replace the injection with any other alternative medication not sure he was trying to punish us for being late and cause we asked to get a second opinion before the surgery or this is his personality type.! However it is not a good sign to respond immediately at no time to my texts and after the surgery he turned to be another person. I got the feeling that he already granted the revenue generated so no need to spend more efforts with a case already closed and got paid for.

    My appointment was scheduled at 8:45 PM. Upon arrival, the male Filipino staff at the reception was on his phone and took around two minutes to notice me before directing me to the second reception for the Pulmonology Department. The doctor consultation itself was satisfactory. However, the nurse appeared to be in a hurry, likely due to shift ending, and I was instructed to go to another clinic for my nebulization. While I understand shift constraints, the transition was not handled well. At the second reception, the male Indian staff was rude when I asked where I could have the nebulization. He questioned me about who my nurse was—something I would not reasonably know, as nurses are not introduced to patients as they are in other hospitals. When I explained this, he simply told me to “go there and find a nurse myself,” which was unprofessional. When I eventually found a nurse, she administered the nebulization but left me unattended, instructed me to stay for 10 minutes, and told me to turn the machine off myself. She did not check on me again. During the treatment, the hose disconnected because it was not properly attached. Fortunately, I knew how to fix it myself. Overall, the experience reflected poor service, lack of coordination, and inadequate patient care, particularly from the reception and nursing staff. I hope this feedback helps improve patient experience moving forward.

    Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

I will always be thankful not only for his medical expertise, but for the peace of mind and trust he gave me during a very vulnerable moment.

    My appointment was scheduled at 6:40 PM. Due to traffic while traveling from Sharjah to the clinic, I arrived slightly late at 6:55 PM. A male nurse did not allow me to directly see the doctor and advised me to wait for one hour. When I eventually saw the doctor, I was asked to undergo an X-ray. After the X-ray, I had to wait again for approximately 20 minutes. The doctor informed me that everything looked fine and prescribed a gel to apply along with painkillers. However, I am concerned because I am still experiencing shoulder pain, and I am unsure why the pain persists if everything appears normal. Additionally, the male nurse informed me that physiotherapy approval would take approximately three days.

    I was made to wait for about an hour and I had to pay AED 800 + medicine for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist after being redirected by the ENT specialist because they didn’t think that my ear pain was due to infection but rather due to something related to my jaw. The dentist suggested I get a mouth guard, which would have been another AED 2500 out of pocket, to which I said I would get back to them after talking to insurance. All in all, I came back from the hospital with just pain medication which was not covered by my insurance and no solution for my hurting ear. Will not be coming back. All staff however were very polite and helpful.

    Can you please look at the requirement of visiting the cashier after doctor visit. As a process once we are done with the doctor, we need to visit the cashier before leaving but for certain insurance it is completely covered and if it is not covered nurse always informs on the additional charge. If there is no payment you shouldnt be asking the people to queue up for cashier because you already have a long wait and just to get a stamp on the registration paper and a acknowledgment of nothing is required we are expected to wait 10-15 minutes.
