Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great this time on multiple levels, hence feel the need for writing review as we are very regular at PRIME and have been going here for years with trust. Firstly the washrooms on 3 floor and M floor were not clean at all, I had to use it multiple times because of my condition and each time it was unhygienic. Secondly, I visited the doctor for a follow up but they charged me for consultation, my appointment was within seven days which they canceled and postponed twice because of doctors unavailability and then blamed me for not coming within seven days. I expected support on this from the customer service staff atleast when we spoke to him but he also couldn’t do much. Thirdly, the sick leave we applied for was received the next day as there was some delay in getting a stamp which the nurse informed us, but the sick leave came within seven days wrong dates and employer name, even though I had given correct information. Then they were blaming me saying you need to come in the morning for sick leave because at night time the transcriptionist or system might not work! Whereas I had been there at 6:15 pm for a 6:45 pm appointment which they gave me and made me wait till 7:25pm to see the doctor! This is very disappointing experience especially after being there so many times.

My family and I have been loyal patients at Prime Medical for over five years , and Dr. Michael has been our regular Orthopedic doctor during this time. However, the treatment we received during our visit today was nothing short of disrespectful and unprofessional. The Incidence details are as follows - While we were still discussing our medical concerns, Dr. Michael abruptly wrote a prescription, picked up his personal belongings, and walked out of the room without any explanation or closure. As patients, we expect the allocated 15–20 minutes for our consultation to be respected. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The behavior of walking away from consultation room while patients are still there was completely inappropriate, especially in front of my wife, child, and elderly father. We were left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and deeply disrespected. This is not acceptable - a doctor cannot treat patients this way, regardless of the circumstances. I expect Prime Medical to take immediate action to ensure that such behavior is addressed, and that patients are treated with the respect they deserve.

I specifically waited two weeks for this date because I was informed that she was on leave earlier and only a male doctor was available. As this was for a gynecological scan, I was not comfortable and chose to wait for her. One day before my appointment, I received a call informing me that the doctor would be leaving early and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled, despite having already received an SMS confirmation. When I requested to speak with the doctor, I was first told the call could not be transferred. After insisting, I was told she was with a patient. When I insisted again, I was informed that she had already left, even though her working hours were still showing as active. I was then told she had finished with the patient and left early. After waiting two weeks for a confirmed appointment, this last-minute cancellation and the inconsistent explanations were extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for patients’ time and concerns.

I’ve been a frequent visitor for nearly 15 years at Prime MC Arabian center. This was my first time at the 06 mall branch since my recent move. Overall staff interaction was good although the speed at which they work could be improved. My main dissatisfaction was Dr. Khalida. She was not friendly or comforting. She did not explain my diagnosis or my treatment. She dismissed me quickly without listening to me, I assumed it was due to her shift end. The chairs placed for patients to sit in her room were so far away from her desk, it was inconvenient to speak as I had a very bad throat and could not speak loudly. I doubt she heard anything I said and I had to keep repeating myself when it was painful to speak as it is. I have never experienced a doctor to be so distant and disinterested in their patient

Very poor experience at the gynecology department counter and scanning room inside the clinic. The staff attitude was not at all satisfactory. They appear angry and pass on their work stress and busyness to patients who are only trying to ask basic questions. I understand staff may be busy, but patients are not responsible for that. We do not know clinic procedures, so asking questions is our only option. Instead of answering politely, staff react impatiently and get upset, which is not acceptable. Counters are often left unattended, and calls to the gynecology counter are never answered—I tried nearly 10 times in a week. This clinic seriously needs better patient handling and communication.

I am visiting your clinic often and every thing is good and the doctors and nurses aren’t very professional but I am very disappointed with the pharmacy and the staff , it took more than 45 minutes to send the request to Insurance !!! And when I asked them , they send you have to wait and you can not ask us ?!? - I can ask not to wait for very long time because there is only one person sending request when you have 7 people just giving the medication . It’s very disappointing and I will not use your pharmacy in the next visit because it’s weast of time I have to wait for submitting and then approval and then the handing over more than 2 hours , I prefer to do it from other pharmacies

I had recently done my daughter’s orthodontic treatment under the care of Dr. Sanjay who is very experienced and professional. His welcoming and friendly nature towards children made my daughter comfortable throughout the course of her treatment and confident in her orthodontist thus making the whole journey a success. Dr. Sanjay always takes his time to educate not only the patient but also the parents (incase the patient is a minor) about the treatment and the procedures that he undertakes with his patients. The doctor was not attentive at all during the whole conversation. His support staff and himself were occupied in their own world and when I asked about it, they said they have been busy so they are a little lost in their world. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns, rather he went on with explaining about what he feels as if it were a classroom session. I will never visit this dentist and will never recommend him to anyone.
