My experience with Dr Hatem Dalati has genuinely been life changing. In 2024, I underwent rhinoplasty primarily to correct a deviated septum because I was experiencing significant breathing difficulties. While having that surgery, I also made some cosmetic changes to my nose. My main priority, however, was always to improve my breathing. Unfortunately, after the surgery, my breathing did not improve. In fact, over time it became increasingly problematic. I was later told that excess skin was contributing to the issue, and I underwent a further procedure where I was cut and re-stitched in an attempt to resolve the problem. Despite this, my breathing continued to worsen. The ongoing issues began affecting every aspect of my life. My sleep suffered, my daily activities became more difficult, and it had a significant impact on both my personal life and my ability to manage a very busy schedule. I became frustrated and uncertain about where to turn next. Most importantly, I had no trust in doctors and was extremely hesitant to undergo another procedure. Meeting Dr Hatem Dalati completely changed that experience for me. From my very first consultation, he was honest, caring, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me. Unlike many doctors I had encountered, he took the time to explain exactly what was causing my breathing issues, what could realistically be done to fix them, and what outcomes I could expect. He never made promises he couldn't keep, and that honesty gave me confidence and peace of mind. What stood out most was the level of care he provided throughout the entire process. Even after surgery, he continued to see me regularly, monitor my progress, clean and check my nose, and ensure I was healing properly. He made every effort to keep me comfortable and supported during recovery. Having to undergo revision surgery was incredibly stressful, but Dr Hatem's calm and reassuring manner made a difficult experience much easier. I always felt that I was in safe hands. Most importantly, he actually fixed the problems that had been affecting my quality of life for so long. The improvement has been remarkable, and I am incredibly grateful for both his skill and dedication. I searched on Chatgpt for the best clinic in dubai for skin tag removals and My London Skin Clinic appeared. The booking system was amazing and I met Dr Ahsan who discussed my concerns and made me feel at ease. He discussed the pros and cons of having these removed and different options which i could explore, including cautery and cryotherapy. I chose my cryotherapy to have these removed and luckily he was able to fit me in to do it on the same day. I had numbing injections and multiple skin tags were removed, over 25 in total. I am Super happy with the results and i feel super confident immediately after having them removed. I cannot recommend Dr Ahsan enough. I visited Dr Anil Kumar on 28 May 2026 and took prescription for 3 months. My insurance expired on 31 May 2026 and renewed effective from 1 Jun 2026. When I went to take medicines on 2 Jun 2026, the insurance declined the prescription issued on 28 May 2026 as the policy was expired on 31 May 2026 and hence I had to visit again (Prime Health - Motor City) for renewed prescription with new policy. Dr Anil Kumar was travelling and hence I have no other option to take renewed prescription from Dr Pavithra Reddy on 3 Jun 2026. However, I had to pay consultation fees only for taking renewed prescription. This is unjustified. I don't understand why I had to pay Consulting fees for visiting with in the week time.

Dr. Mythili Krishnamoorthy was very professional, friendly, and approachable throughout the consultation. She patiently listened to all our concerns, answered every enquiry in detail, and took the time to clarify all our doubts with clear explanations. Her caring attitude with smiling face made my wife feel comfortable, confident, and reassured. Thank you Doctor. We highly recommend Dr. Mythili Krishnamoorthy to anyone seeking a friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate gynecologist. Only the waiting time at the reception was slightly longer than expected.

The receptionist should have been more courteous and humble towards the patient than registering them first and making them stand in front of her while she was sitting. We arrived from the back entrance, and I told my 67 yrs old Mother to sit and went to register. I requested the receptionist to provide the doctor's care as the ambulance had just checked her and recommended to visit a clinic. The receptionist asked to bring the patient and made her stand while insisted to register her sitting over there. When I firmly told her that my mum was sitting, and you told me to bring her here to stand in front of you and not lie on the bed? She made a face and directed us to the room immediately
