The consultation was quick and meaningful which i prefer. But the waiting process was dreadful, disappointing, and frustrating. I hope the booking process for telehealth consultation would see improvement. I had prior commitment scheduled at 12 pm yesterday. That is why I could not visit the clinic for a face to face check up. Booked my telehealth consultation at 11am yesterday (enought time till 12pm), had the confirmation a day before thru an IVR call, received the text confirmation as well for an 11 am telehealth consultation. Got ready and waited since 10:45am. Did not get any update till 11:15. Had to call several times to check for my booking. I was informed twice to wait for 5-10 mins to get the call. Finally got registered at 11:38 am (which was very late), again with a confirmed booking at 11am. Still i did not get a call. The clinic called me at 12:20 to inform that Doctor will talk to me after few minutes. As per the Nurse from the clinic, reception was informed to register all telehealth consultation from 8am yesterday. But again I was only registered at 11:38 am. Finally able to get the call from the Doctor at 12:25 pm. Again the telehealth consultation was confirmed at 11am. Had to adjust all prior commitments just because the scheduled telehealth at 11am was not followed and was actually delayed for more than 1 hour which is not acceptable at all. 15 to 20 min delayed, i can understand given the tight schedule at the clinic, but 1 hour and 25min is just too much i think just because i was not registered on time.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent consultation. During the visit, I repeatedly explained that I was experiencing continuous cough and some breathing difficulty. However, the doctor quickly concluded that it was a throat infection without properly checking whether my chest was clear or not. Instead of examining further, he kept updating the medication. I felt that my concerns were not properly heard. His approach during the consultation felt negative and dismissive. There was no detailed explanation about my condition, and I did not feel comfortable discussing my symptoms. Additionally, I was informed that the gargle solution was not covered by insurance and that I would need to purchase it separately. While I understand that some medicines may not be covered, the overall communication and attitude during the consultation were disappointing. I chose this doctor mainly because he speaks Malayalam, hoping for better communication, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure better patient care in the future. Thank you.

Dr. Nazia is very calm, attentive, and always listens carefully to my concerns. She provides suitable and effective medication, and I truly appreciate her professional and compassionate approach. However, I have faced repeated issues with Nurse Prianka during my past visits. On multiple occasions, she informed me that she would call me back, but she never did. Once, I even contacted the call center, and they forwarded my message to her, yet I still did not receive a call. When I visited the clinic the next day and asked why she had not called, she did not respond properly to my question. Recently, Dr. Nazia prescribed injections for me, which were approved by my medical insurance. However, Nurse Prianka informed me that I would need to pay AED 150 per visit for the drip administration, and since I need to visit three times, the total amount would be AED 450. This is financially difficult for me. I already have the injections with me, but I cannot afford to pay AED 450 for the administration. I kindly request the management to look into this matter and provide clarification and support. Thank you.

His clear explanation helped me stay calm and confident throughout the process without unnecessary worry. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring approach truly made a difference. I would also like to specially mention Nurse Deepali, who was extremely supportive, caring, and attentive throughout my treatment. She ensured I was comfortable and guided me properly during both the pre- and post-operative period. It has now been a week since my surgery, and I have recovered well. The follow-up consultation was smooth, and the care provided across all departments at Prime Hospital was excellent. Thank you to Dr. Prashanth Sharma, Nurse Deepali, and the entire team for the outstanding service and compassionate care. Highly recommended!

I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue in the reception waiting area. Patients are gathering without any clear initiative from reception staff to organize the queue or manage the order of turns, which leads to disorder each time. This shortcoming places patients in uncomfortable situations. Personally, I had a disagreement with another patient over turn order due to the lack of clear organization. Kindly note that visitors are patients who deserve professional and respectful handling appropriate to a healthcare environment, not an informal setting. We kindly request taking one or both of the following actions: • Strengthen the role of reception staff in actively organizing the queue and communicating effectively with patients. • Or provide a queue numbering system to ensure fairness and smooth flow.

I visited last Monday Febuary 17 and after my Dr. check up she advised me to undergo ultrasound but unfortunately that time the designated department is not available her nurse trying to call but nobody is responding so the nurse told me to go home and someone were going to call I just need to wait the call, I even told her that I'm willing to wait but she insist that it's impossible that time because of this and that , and I told her to please call me because I have only 2 days leave but sadly nobody call me until now it's upsetting.

I wanted 3 ours , and they told me that the doctor will come at 3 pm and it was wrong she came at 4 pm , so I came at 3 and had to what till almost 6pm till I could see the doctor, and the other thing is that the nurse was asking my to be ready my sergyry although I don't have a surgery , and there no ladies in reception they where 3 nurses and a man nurse .. and then they disappear then I had to go to the managernofnyhe clinic... I’m disappointed with the doctor as he made a big blunder and didn’t give me the medication after surgery. After 1 week of going through the pain he asks me if I completed the course of antibiotic tablets which he missed prescribing. Now i even doubt if he did the surgery right
