⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I first started looking for a surgeon for laser vision correction, I spent a significant amount of time researching different doctors and reading patient reviews. What immediately caught my attention about Dr. Nourallah Kaddoura was that he had some of the highest and most consistently positive reviews I had ever seen for a healthcare professional. After going through countless reviews, I decided to book a consultation, and I can honestly say that my experience fully justified every positive comment I had read. What impressed me from the very first consultation was his expertise and clinical judgment. Initially, I was interested in LASIK, but after examining me, Dr. Nourallah Kaddoura recommended PRK instead. At that stage, no detailed eligibility testing had yet been performed. Later, when the comprehensive assessments were completed, they confirmed that I was not an ideal candidate for LASIK. What was remarkable was that Dr. Kaddoura had identified this possibility during the initial consultation before any advanced testing was performed. What truly distinguished him from many other experienced specialists was something that happened during my first follow-up visit. Rather than simply checking my progress and moving on, he asked for my honest feedback about the entire experience. He explained that understanding the patient’s perspective helps him improve the journey for future patients. Today, one week after my PRK procedure, my recovery is progressing well and my vision continues to improve. My experience with Dr Hatem Dalati has genuinely been life changing. In 2024, I underwent rhinoplasty primarily to correct a deviated septum because I was experiencing significant breathing difficulties. While having that surgery, I also made some cosmetic changes to my nose. My main priority, however, was always to improve my breathing. Unfortunately, after the surgery, my breathing did not improve. In fact, over time it became increasingly problematic. I was later told that excess skin was contributing to the issue, and I underwent a further procedure where I was cut and re-stitched in an attempt to resolve the problem. Despite this, my breathing continued to worsen. The ongoing issues began affecting every aspect of my life. My sleep suffered, my daily activities became more difficult, and it had a significant impact on both my personal life and my ability to manage a very busy schedule. I became frustrated and uncertain about where to turn next. Most importantly, I had no trust in doctors and was extremely hesitant to undergo another procedure. Normally, I find the care at Harley Street excellent, and I hope my experience today was just a one off. I would not say the visit was “bad” per se, but when I called to make the appointment I was clear that it was a pediatric follow-up post 2-day discharge after delivery of the baby. As per the hospitals discharge instructions, the visit was for an auditory test and second jaundice test. I stated this when I booked the appointment. During the visit neither of these procedures were available, and we were told to go to a hospital to do them. It seems this should have been made clear during the booking process rather than having to bring the baby unnecessarily. The appointment therefore did not constitute, in my opinion, a medical consultation and instead consisted of patronizing advice such as “talk to your baby” for their development and provide them with stimulating activities. Note that I understand this might be a general spiel given to any new parents.

I would like to commend Dr. Zaynab for being one of the best doctors at Prime Medical. She always treats her patients with care and professionalism. The nurses have also been consistently friendly and helpful. I have been doing my check-ups and tests at Al Nahda for almost three years and have never had a bad experience. However, my experience during my X-ray appointment yesterday was disappointing. The radiology staff member asked me to sign a document and rushed me while I was still reading it. As a patient, I believe it is important to understand and review any document before signing. During the X-ray procedure, instead of calmly guiding me through the process, she spoke in a loud tone while giving instructions and appeared to be in a hurry throughout the examination. This made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to help improve the patient experience.

I visited the clinic for a facial skin concern and unfortunately found the consultation experience disappointing. During most of the consultation, the doctor appeared focused on entering details into the computer rather than properly examining or interacting with me. The actual physical examination with a torch/light was only done briefly at the end, after a diagnosis had already been communicated. Additionally, I was asked to collect medicines from the nurse/sister, and only then informed that blood tests (CBC and sugar test) would be required. This was never discussed or explained during the consultation itself, which made the process feel unclear and poorly communicated. I understand documentation is important, but I would have appreciated more attentive examination, clearer communication, and better patient interaction throughout the visit.

Very unprofessional. X ray query from insurance wasn’t responded to. It was told that nurse will call and inform me once approval is received. No call was given neither I was informed. I came on the next day to check. The Nurse wasn’t available. Another nurse informed me that the Dr. didn’t respond to insurance query yet. This is so unprofessional and no respect for patients time. Very bad experience. I pay higher coinsurance here on Prime and still I get such pathetic service. Total waste of time.
