I found Dr Selima by chance through recommendations online while searching for an OBGYN specialized in high risk pregnancies following a misdiagnosis by another doctor at the very beginning of my pregnancy. She explained to me very gracefully and calmly that there was nothing to worry about, yet thankfully I was able to carry on with her as my doctor through the whole 40 weeks and beyond. I always looked forward to my monthly examinations with her despite the hospital being a 50-minute drive from my house; she was extremely meticulous during scans, made sure I was comfortable with everything, walked me through all the steps and was very understanding and accessible at all times. When the time came for planning the labour, she simply explained to me the options and gently guided me towards the one that made the most sense both for me and the baby. The delivery was very smooth, very much thanks to her professional and compassionate approach. Most importantly, I always felt safe and in good hands under her care, which also played a big role in my positive experience overall. Post delivery, I am still lucky enough to carry on with her as my OBGYN, and I genuinely feel like I've known her for years, all thanks to her caring personality.

I recently visited Dr. Jincy for my child’s check-up, and I’m very happy with the care we received. She is an excellent pediatrician—patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I had no problem with Dr. Nermeen and her nurse but there was one particular nurse in the same reception area that was very rude. I was talking to her and she would not look at me and answer me. Complelety ignored me and was rude. I informed her supervisor and her supervisor called her so we can address the problem and she continued to be disrepectful and completely missed the issue of her being rude. She was even glaring at me while talking to me and talkingover her superior as well as when In was explaining. She needs to be trained again how nurses should conduct themselves. Out of all the nurses I have encountered at Prime in different branches, I have NEVER encountered anyone as rude and as disrepectful as this nurse. I could not see her name clearly as it was a bit long and the name tags were small.

Dr. Cristina always brings positive vibes and makes you feel truly cared for. She listens carefully to your concerns and ensures to run the necessary laboratory tests to prescribe the right medicine. She always checks if the medication suits me well. With her care, I never feel like I’m sick — my hemoglobin levels have improved, and even my asthma has gotten better. Proffessional Service from Dr Ayla.However Amraz at the reception was very rude and rough if I had not asked to write a survey and the Supervisor had not interviened I would have gone to another Hospital after being chased away by Amraz .I always use Prime medical as a walkin patient but today Amraz was refusing to accept me as a walkin yet I had waited for a long time and whenever I visit Prime Hospital no one has ever denied me before or told me not to come next time .
