I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Regarding my medical condition, I consulted the doctor, and the doctor requested several blood tests and other investigations. However, once the test results were available, I only received a call from a nurse who simply informed me that everything was okay. She was unable to provide a proper explanation of my blood test results or answer any of my questions. When I asked for more information, I was told that if I wanted to discuss the reports in detail, I would need to return to the clinic for another consultation. This is not acceptable, especially since the test results take about one week to become available, while the consultation fee only covers one week. As a result, I am expected to pay for another consultation just to understand the reports that the doctor originally requested. I kindly request that this issue be resolved. The doctor who ordered my tests should review the results with me, explain the findings, and answer all of my questions related to my blood reports and any other test results without requiring an unnecessary additional consultation. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution. Thank you

I had gone to you in a state of confusion and total unrest in my mind. Everyday quarrels with my spouse would get nasty, leaving me heart broken. Feeling small and belittled daily. I wondered what I did wrong or how to come out of this situation. Now I feel much calmer. Approach problems with better set of mind. Hence getting much better response from the other side. I can now see the problems with a different perspective and not as trying to hurt me. Relationship with my spouse is going to the positive direction. We can at least sit down and talk to each other in calmer and respectful ways than before. Now if I have a problem, I first try to sit with myself and try to analyze what is the universe trying to teach me. What lesson should I learn from this? Before I used to quarrel and sit and cry and brood for days. Though I fail sometimes when the other person is saying something illogical or irritating to me. Still have to work on that. And continue the process of healing that I started. I feel much calmer and free from inside than a few months ago. All thanks to you Sarmistha! ❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼

Dr.Verushka executed my lumpectomy. From the start of consultation til the post-op, Doctor was calm and explained everything in simple terms and made me feel at ease and comfortable. A week after the surgery I went overseas, Doctor was always present anytime I message her in whatsapp. The entire experience was pleasant and effective treatment. At the time of removing the stitches, I was a bit nervous and she asked me to hold her hand. She is not only a highly-skilled Doctor but most importantly a Doctor with compassion. i am so upset with the pharmacy in motor city, when i did a follow up on my pending medicine, the one from the pharmacy who answered my call got upset! He said they are calling me 1time and no answer, then i ask him i am andwering but i cant hear any voice. Then tried to call back on the number bit it is unreachable. He acting like its my fault, then i told him why nobody teied to call me again after that. and he gets more upset! worst staff and customer service from the whole Prime that i have been. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
