My experience with Dr Hatem Dalati has genuinely been life changing. In 2024, I underwent rhinoplasty primarily to correct a deviated septum because I was experiencing significant breathing difficulties. While having that surgery, I also made some cosmetic changes to my nose. My main priority, however, was always to improve my breathing. Unfortunately, after the surgery, my breathing did not improve. In fact, over time it became increasingly problematic. I was later told that excess skin was contributing to the issue, and I underwent a further procedure where I was cut and re-stitched in an attempt to resolve the problem. Despite this, my breathing continued to worsen. The ongoing issues began affecting every aspect of my life. My sleep suffered, my daily activities became more difficult, and it had a significant impact on both my personal life and my ability to manage a very busy schedule. I became frustrated and uncertain about where to turn next. Most importantly, I had no trust in doctors and was extremely hesitant to undergo another procedure. Meeting Dr Hatem Dalati completely changed that experience for me. From my very first consultation, he was honest, caring, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me. Unlike many doctors I had encountered, he took the time to explain exactly what was causing my breathing issues, what could realistically be done to fix them, and what outcomes I could expect. He never made promises he couldn't keep, and that honesty gave me confidence and peace of mind. What stood out most was the level of care he provided throughout the entire process. Even after surgery, he continued to see me regularly, monitor my progress, clean and check my nose, and ensure I was healing properly. He made every effort to keep me comfortable and supported during recovery. Having to undergo revision surgery was incredibly stressful, but Dr Hatem's calm and reassuring manner made a difficult experience much easier. I always felt that I was in safe hands. Most importantly, he actually fixed the problems that had been affecting my quality of life for so long. The improvement has been remarkable, and I am incredibly grateful for both his skill and dedication. I am sharing my experience not only because Dr Hatem deserves recognition for the exceptional care he provides, but because I know how difficult it can be to find a doctor you can truly trust. I hope that anyone reading this who is struggling with similar issues finds comfort and confidence in seeking a consultation with him. For me, Dr Hatem Dalati didn't just perform surgery, he gave me back my ability to breathe properly and improved my quality of life.

Im so grateful i met Dr Sarah because for years i was avoiding dentists because of severe dental anxiety and phobia. My teeth were extremely crowded and misaligned, and i had completely lost confidence in my smile. I rarely smiled in photos and i honestly thought fixing my teeth would be overwhelming, painful and impossible. After being recommended to Dr Sarah by so many people who knew about her reputation for treating patients with dental fear and anxiety, I decided to book for a consultation. From the very first appointment, i knew this experience would be different. She explained every detail of my treatment plan, answered every questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed. She gave me all the reassurance i needed and allowed me to move forward at my own pace. I had consultations with other dentists and even orthodontists, but Dr. Sarah was the only one who made me feel genuinely comfortable and understood. Because of that trust, i finally decided to start my clear aligner treatment with her. What amazed me most was how quickly i started seeing results. Within just a few weeks, my teeth were already moving and for the first time in years i felt hopeful and excited about my smile. The early changed gave me enough confidence to move forward with extracting a tooth that so damaged and hopeless. I was extremely nervous about the extraction and expected it to atleast take 30 minutes. Instead, the entire procedure took less than a minute. The preparation was exceptional, the extraction was completely painless, and i honestly cant believe it was over so quickly. Even the injection was unlike anything i had experienced before. Dr Sarah used special techniques and instruments to distract me during the numbing process and i genuinely felt nothing. As smooth as i expected the appointment to be, it still exceeded every expectation i had. For the first time in my life, i actually left the dental appointment feeling excited instead of relieved and thats why im writing this review from my heart. I now look forward to completing the rest of my treatment, including my fillings and full smile makeover. If you suffer from dental anxiety, dental phobia, crowded teeth or have been putting off treatment for years, i cannot recommend Dr Sarah enough. She has completely changed the way i feel about dentistry and had given me hope that i can finally achieve the smile i have always dreamed of.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:20 AM; however, I was only seen by the doctor at approximately 9:10 AM. I arrived on time and underwent the initial checks with the nurse (e.g., blood pressure), which took about five minutes. At that point, the doctor was already attending to another patient, which appears to have contributed to the delay. The consultation itself was generally satisfactory. The doctor was able to address my questions regarding the differences between allergic bronchitis, acid reflux, and GERD. However, I encountered issues during the discussion on prescribed medications. I requested Telfast (Fexofenadine) instead of Loratadine, as it has been more effective for me in the past. When I asked about the difference between the two antihistamines, my question was dismissed with the response: “It’s a long discussion. If this is what you want, I can give you Telfast instead. You are the boss.” This response felt dismissive and did not provide the clarity I was seeking. Additionally, I mentioned that I was uncomfortable using the nasal spray, as I was unsure how to use it correctly and often experienced the taste of the medication. In response, the doctor said: “I’m trying to give you medicine but you keep changing it. Should we follow you or should we follow what I say?” This came across as discouraging and made me feel that my concerns were not being fully considered. I would also like to note that I have consistently raised my questions and preferences with other doctors in the past, and they have always been gracious and open to discussion. In contrast, Dr. Guevarra seemed less receptive to patient input and appeared uncomfortable when I shared my preferences. This was disappointing, especially as I had chosen him expecting a more relatable and understanding interaction with a kabayan. While the doctor may have good intentions, I felt that the consultation could have benefited from more active listening and patient engagement. At times, the interaction gave the impression that my input as a patient was not fully valued. Dr. Guevarra came across as somewhat prideful and unwilling to fully consider the patient’s perspective. It gave me the impression that, simply because he is the doctor, his view was considered final, rather than creating space for an informed and collaborative discussion with the patient.

Dr. Mikaniki recently treated my son for a structural abnormality that was compromising his nasal airway. A few weeks after Dr. Mikaniki conducted a detailed nasal reconstruction, my son already looks as though he never had surgery — and can breathe properly through both nostrils. What stood out most was how personally invested Dr. Mikaniki was throughout the entire process. She made herself available by phone and in person well beyond normal hours. When my son was anxious before the procedure, she met with us at 10PM to address his concerns, despite having had a full day of work. That same dedication carried into post-operative care — she even followed up with us during the Eid holidays. Her commitment made us feel genuinely looked after, and I believe it played a real role in both my son's physical and emotional recovery. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
