I recently underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy under the care of Dr. Usha for endometriosis complicated by significant adhesions/associated complications, and I cannot express enough how grateful and satisfied I am with the exceptional care I received. Dr. Usha is truly an outstanding surgeon and an absolute perfectionist in her field. From the very beginning, her professionalism, clinical expertise, and attention to detail gave me immense confidence. My surgery was not a straightforward procedure due to the underlying endometriosis and its associated complexities, yet she performed it with remarkable precision and meticulous surgical technique. Her expertise and careful approach were evident throughout my treatment and recovery. What makes Dr. Usha particularly exceptional, is that her surgical excellence is matched by her wonderful bedside manner. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. She has an extraordinary ability to make her patients feel comfortable and reassured even during what can otherwise be an anxious and vulnerable time. In her presence you never feel as though you are simply “a patient” or another case, she treats you with warmth, dignity, empathy, and personal attention. As a patient placing your health in someone else’s hands requires tremendous trust, and I feel extremely fortunate that I was under Dr. Usha’s care. I Travelled from Miami for My Smile !! Worth Every Mile I travelled all the way from Miami specifically to have my veneers done by Dr. Faryal, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. After seeing her work and how beautifully natural her results looked, I knew she was the dentist I wanted to trust with my smile. Dr. Faryal is truly an artist when it comes to veneers. I was very clear that I did not want teeth that looked fake, bulky or excessively white. She understood exactly what I meant and created a smile that looks incredibly natural, elegant and completely suited to my face. The attention to detail is amazing. The shape of every tooth, the proportions, the tiny natural characteristics, and especially the shade selection and colour blending make the veneers look like beautiful natural teeth rather than veneers. She also paid so much attention to my bite and comfort ,it wasn’t just about making the smile look good, everything had to feel right too. What made the experience even better was how calm and patient Dr. Faryal remained throughout the entire treatment. I had plenty of questions and moments of anxiety, but she never made me feel rushed. She explained everything, listened carefully and worked with incredible precision and composure from beginning to end. The moment I saw my final smile, I couldn’t believe the difference. It still looked like me, just more polished, confident and elevated. My smile, bite, facial aesthetics and confidence all feel transformed. Flying from Miami to Dubai for veneers might sound like a huge journey, but after seeing my result, I would do it all over again. I absolutely love my new smile and cannot thank Dr. Faryal enough. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sanchit and the nursing team. Dr. Sanchit was extremely friendly, calm, and patient. I was advised by the call center to come as walk in patient, but I didn't expect that I would have to wait almost two hours to see the doctor. I understand that patients with appointments need to be prioritized, but the waiting time for walk in patients should be communicated clearly. I would suggest that the call center should avoid advising patients to come as walk in when there are already a large number of booked appointment. I hope this can be improved to provide a better experience for walk in patients.

The Arabic speaking receptionist at the lab - second floor was extremely aggressive and not willing to resolve my issue. One of my tests: testestesteron is rejected and the comment in there said : screening not covered. Which is not related to blood test. She was not willing to follow up and told me to check with the dr yourself. Very disappointing
