I had a bad experience with this hospital. On June 29, I had my anomaly scan at Prime Diagnostics. The plan was to see Dr. Farida afterward so she could review the results. However, she was on vacation at that time. Before going for the anomaly scan, my husband specifically asked whether we would need to pay the AED 250 consultation fee. We asked because a few months earlier, we had another ultrasound scan done at Prime Diagnostics and then went directly to Prime Hospital to have Dr. Farida review the results. On that occasion, we were not charged any consultation fee. Because of that previous experience, and because the anomaly scan itself was already expensive, we assumed there would be no additional consultation charge. The receptionist who called us to schedule the appointment also advised us to return after 10 days for a follow-up. One week after the anomaly scan, we went to see Dr. Farida to review the results, even though we already knew that everything was normal. During the consultation, she simply read the report. She did not provide any additional explanation, medical advice, or recommendations. The entire consultation lasted less than one minute. Afterward, we were asked to pay AED 250. When we questioned this, the receptionist informed us that if we had seen the doctor on the same day as the anomaly scan, we might not have been charged. However, it was not our fault that Dr. Farida was on vacation and unavailable at that time. We had no choice but to return later. I also do not understand why we were charged this time when, during our previous ultrasound scan, Dr. Farida reviewed the results and no consultation fee was charged. The situation seems inconsistent and unfair. I do not understand the reason for charging AED 250 for a consultation that lasted less than one minute and involved only reading the report without any further assessment, discussion, or guidance. I feel that patients should be clearly informed about any consultation fees in advance and that the charging policy should be applied consistently.and we will never comeback.

During my recent visit on 07/06/2026 The doctor was very blunt and forcing to get all the lab test done for parents as well as for kid. Need to understand is it necessary all the test to be done for the Parents as well as for the kids. For just small cold. First doctor has to learn how to behave with the kids who are shy to speak, Dr. should be soft spoken with the kids as well as with the parents. I don't want qoute the name of the doctor but the experience was really really...... really bad and not to be forgotten.
