My Journey with Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, Endocrinologist More than ten years ago, when I first met Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, I was in one of the toughest phases of my health journey. Under his guidance, my weight has come down to 99 kg—and more importantly, I’ve been able to maintain healthier habits and better control of my diabetes for over a decade. My HbA1c levels have stayed stable and improved consistently, something I once thought was impossible. Dr. Kumar’s approach has always been holistic: he didn’t just give prescriptions; he empowered me with knowledge. With his continuous support, his meticulous monitoring, and the right balance of medication, diet, and exercise, I learned how to take control of my health rather than let it control me.
