I went to see an orthopedic on Saturday because I had a strong pain on my back for a few days already, the doctor didn’t do a proper examination, only a few question but didn’t check my back. He sent some meds that were not approved by the insurance. The person in the pharmacy told me they will send an email to push the approval but until today Monday I didn’t get any contact from Prime and the pain is still there. As far as I know the doctor should have changed the meds if they were not approved. I’m very disappointed with the service.

First of all, when I entered the examination room, it had a very unpleasant smell. Then, when the doctor asked me to lie down on the examination bed, I noticed that the bed cover was not clean and appeared to have been left unchanged from the previous patient. No one had replaced it, which made me feel very uncomfortable. In addition, the doctor did not answer my questions clearly. By the end of the appointment, I still did not understand what my medical problem was. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.
