There are truly no words that can fully express how grateful we are to Dr. Elie. From the very beginning, he treated us like family, never just another patient. He is one of the most caring, hands on, responsive, and comforting doctors we have ever met. You can genuinely feel how much he cares about every single patient. We once went through a terrifying emergency where I fainted and lost consciousness. We immediately called Dr. Elie, and by the time the ambulance brought me to the hospital, he had already arranged everything. The medical team was fully prepared and waiting for me, the neurologist, general doctor, nurses, equipment, and even the room were all ready. In one of the scariest moments of our lives, he somehow made us feel safe and cared for. That level of dedication is something we will never forget. Later in my pregnancy, my water broke unexpectedly at 33 weeks. Once again, Dr. Elie was incredible. He comforted both me and my partner every step of the way and made such a difficult experience feel manageable. He checked on me constantly, every 30 minutes, reassuring us until my contractions finally started. And when it was time to deliver, he became this incredibly confident, calm, and motivating presence. He kept our family informed throughout the process, and within just 20 minutes, our baby was here safely. He had already arranged for the NICU team to be present and ready the moment our baby arrived. Thanks to his expertise and care, I had zero complications and recovered within days. Even after delivery, while our baby was in the NICU, he continued checking up on her. Honestly… who does that anymore? Dr. Elie goes far beyond what is expected from a doctor. He gives his patients comfort, safety, support, and genuine care during the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I truly cannot recommend him enough. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Mohammed Arshad Ali for the outstanding care and expertise he provided throughout my surgery and recovery. From the pre-operative assessment to the post-operative period, Dr. Arshad was professional, reassuring, and highly attentive to my comfort and safety. He took the time to explain the anesthesia plan clearly and addressed all my concerns with patience and confidence. One aspect that particularly impressed me was his excellent pain management strategy using epidural analgesia. Following a major thoracic surgery, I experienced remarkably good pain control during my hospital stay, which greatly contributed to my comfort, breathing exercises, mobility, and overall recovery. The anesthesia and perioperative care were delivered with exceptional skill, and I felt safe and well looked after throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful to Dr. Mohammed Arshad Ali for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to patient care. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring anesthesia services, especially for complex thoracic procedures. I would like to commend Dr. Zaynab for being one of the best doctors at Prime Medical. She always treats her patients with care and professionalism. The nurses have also been consistently friendly and helpful. I have been doing my check-ups and tests at Al Nahda for almost three years and have never had a bad experience. However, my experience during my X-ray appointment yesterday was disappointing. The radiology staff member asked me to sign a document and rushed me while I was still reading it. As a patient, I believe it is important to understand and review any document before signing. During the X-ray procedure, instead of calmly guiding me through the process, she spoke in a loud tone while giving instructions and appeared to be in a hurry throughout the examination. This made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to help improve the patient experience.
