Truly Grateful for the Care I honestly want to take a moment to appreciate Dr. Ankit and Maylene because my experience with them has been genuinely amazing from the very beginning. I visited several times before my surgery, and even during those visits, I always felt comfortable and well taken care. Dr. Ankit was always very patient, explained everything properly, answered all my questions, and gave me very good advice. I felt confident going into the surgery because I knew I was in good hands. After the surgery, I continued coming for my follow-up appointments, and the care has remained excellent. Dr. Ankit is truly a very good doctor he is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and someone who genuinely takes the time to make sure you understand everything. But I have to give a special thanks to Maylene. She has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She is so caring, kind, patient, and attentive. Whether it was before the surgery, around the surgery, or during my follow-ups, she always made sure I was comfortable and that everything was going well. What I really appreciate is that she doesn’t just do her job and leave it there. She actually cares. She follows up, checks how things are going, explains things when needed, and makes you feel like you’re genuinely being looked after. That kind of care makes a huge difference, especially when you’re going through surgery and recovery. I’m genuinely very thankful to both of them. From my first visit before the surgery until my regular follow-ups now, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Dr. Ankit and Maylene, thank you so much for your kindness, patience, care, and professionalism. You both are truly amazing, and I’m very grateful to have been under your care. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and professional assistance provided throughout my recent LR Periodical Medical Check on 14 August 2026 at around 9:00 AM. From the initial booking and scheduling of the appointment through to the reception and completion of the medical examination, the entire process was well organised, efficient, and handled professionally. The reception team on duty at the time of my visit were particularly courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendly and professional approach made the registration and initial process smooth and comfortable. I would also like to give special recognition to Dr. Soria for his professionalism, patience, and excellent manner throughout the examination. He was very attentive and approachable and took the time to explain the various aspects of the medical assessment clearly. His friendly and reassuring approach made the examination comfortable and gave me confidence that the assessment was conducted thoroughly and professionally. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided, from booking through to the completion of the medical examination. The professionalism and positive attitude of both the reception team and medical staff made the experience very pleasant. I don't like the doctor at all. He was half Filipino I think. Dr Jayson. How come I cannot get a 2day sickleave when I was not really feeling well at all. The first one i ask him is could he give me sickleave for the same day because I wasn't able to come to work and then after that I cameback again after going cashier I even ask the nurses to ask if i could get a 2 days of sickleave because i cannot risk for tomorrow because still Im not doing well and I dont feel well. And I dont want to go back again for tomorrow to get checked again if I failed to go to work because it will cost double for me. But he refuses. And too much yawning infront of patient like i know its normal we're humans, but too much yawning and not even saying "excuse me or sorry" is very unprofessional. It looks like he dont like what he's doing at all. Even my co worker warned me to not go there because of this doctor but i still tried. Now i know for my self. I hope this review reach to him. This is a same day review around 3-4pm. All of the staff is good except for this doctor and the guy in the cashier wearing coat. I hope you teach them how to interact nicely with people after all we are still paying.

I had an appointment to see a GP in BurJuman branch, but unfortunately, the receptionist registered me as a walk-in patient instead of an appointment patient. As a result, I had to wait around 40 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. I understand that clinics can get busy, but this was frustrating and avoidable. I would appreciate better attention to appointment registrations and a smoother check-in process so patients with scheduled appointments are not made to wait unnecessarily. I hope the clinic can take this feedback seriously and improve the reception/check-in process for future patients.

For the first time in uae a doctor actually listened to what I was explaining and didn’t immediately assume my illness. Doctor mailini prescribed for me a cough syrup that actually has helped me deal with something I have been struggling with for a while. I went to the pharmacy and when I saw the price on the bottle I asked are you sure this is what the doctor prescribed he said yes. I just took it as usual with hope and really my chest is clear and I don’t feel that terrible in my throat and chest. I will not stop talking about this doctor. She is amazing .
