Dear Prime Management Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the doctor who examined my seven-year-old daughter during her recent appointment at your medical centre. Unfortunately, the doctor’s manner towards my daughter was extremely harsh, insensitive, and completely inappropriate when dealing with a child of her age. He addressed her using hurtful statements such as, “You are not in pain” and “You are lying.” He also told her, “If you do not stay still and keep moving, I will inject you.” This behaviour frightened my daughter and made her feel unsafe instead of reassuring her and treating her with patience, understanding, and compassion. Accusing a young child of lying and threatening her with an injection is professionally and ethically unacceptable. It does not reflect the level of care expected from a doctor or a reputable healthcare provider. His manner towards me as her mother was also very dismissive and disrespectful, and I did not feel that he showed any understanding or consideration for my concerns regarding my daughter. I left the appointment extremely upset and dissatisfied. I will not accept my daughter being treated in this manner under any circumstances. Therefore, I request that Prime conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into this incident and take the appropriate action regarding the doctor concerned. I also request a formal response confirming the outcome of the investigation and the measures that will be taken to ensure that such behaviour is not repeated with my daughter or any other child. Furthermore, please ensure that no future appointments are scheduled for my daughter with this doctor and that she is transferred to another doctor who has the appropriate experience and communication skills to deal with children. I expect this complaint to be treated with the utmost seriousness and look forward to receiving your response at the earliest opportunity. Kind regards, Halima H

Good afternoon, My name is Syed. I visited Prime Medical Center yesterday for a pediatric consultation. I have Daman health insurance, and the consultation with the pediatrician was completed smoothly. However, when I went to the pharmacy with the doctor’s prescription, I was informed that there was a technical issue with the Daman insurance system. I was then provided with a claim/reimbursement form and was advised to purchase the medicines through a pharmacy. I subsequently visited three different pharmacies, but none of them accepted the form. I was informed that the required RX/prescription number was missing from the form. This resulted in a very difficult and frustrating situation for me, especially as I had visited the medical center for my child and expected the insurance and pharmacy process to be handled smoothly. I would like to understand: 1. If there was a technical issue with Daman insurance at Prime Medical Center, why was the consultation processed without informing me about the issue beforehand? 2. Why was I given a claim form that was not accepted by other pharmacies due to missing information? 3. Why was I required to visit multiple pharmacies to resolve an issue that was not caused by me? 4. Who will take responsibility for the inconvenience and additional time caused? I request Prime Medical Center to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with a proper explanation and resolution. I also request that such issues be addressed internally so that other patients do not face the same difficulty.

I honestly cannot recommend Dr. Enjy enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. So professional, incredibly gentle, patient, warm and genuinely caring with children. She has this special way of making my daughter feel so comfortable and safe that going to the dentist has never been something she fears. In fact, we now have a problem…my daughter REFUSES to see any other dentist. 😂 It has to be Dr. Enjy and ONLY Dr. Enjy. That alone says everything! As a mom, there is nothing better than finding a doctor you can completely trust with your child. Dr. Enjy explains everything so well, never rushes, and you can really feel how much she cares about her little patients. She doesn’t just look after my daughter’s teeth, she has built such a beautiful relationship and level of trust with her and myself. Truly one of the best dentists we have ever met. Professional, knowledgeable, gentle and just an absolutely wonderful human being. We are so lucky we found her! 🥹🦷❤️

Alhamdulillah, I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Talal during what was a very difficult and emotional time for me. I had a miscarriage and was honestly extremely scared about the procedure and everything that came with it. Dr. Talal made the entire experience so much easier than I could have imagined. He was reassuring, professional, kind and made me feel completely comfortable and safe throughout the process. Everything went incredibly smoothly. I had no pain, no unnecessary discomfort, and the whole experience was far less frightening than I had prepared myself for. I’m genuinely so grateful for the way he handled my case and for the care I received. When you’re already going through something emotionally difficult, having a doctor who can make the medical side of it feel this easy makes such a huge difference. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sari. She is not only gentle and calming, but also incredibly knowledgeable. I used to have a problem with clenching, and while I had previously been given night guards, Dr. Sari took a completely different approach. She helped me understand and improve my breathing at night, addressing the underlying cause rather than simply giving me another night guard to protect my teeth. I’m genuinely impressed by her knowledge and the way she looks at the bigger picture. I can honestly say that I now completely trust her advice and recommendations. The clinic itself is also amazing. The waiting period at the appointment, cashiers and pharmacy was too too long. On top of this it seems you all changed the process for Emirates staffs. First I had to wait for the admission there were 10 ppl ahead of me. Then due to the new process I had to wait at the cashier as again there was 10 ppl ahead. Lastly after I visited the doctor again they said go back to cashier. How ridiculous, the wait at the pharmacy was even bad , 20 ppl ahead of me. At least try to keep the cash taking faculty at the admissions if ur changing the process. When asked for the feedback form the staff gave me google review qr code. Should I place a review in google as well??

Appointment time was ok but time for collecting medicines from pharmacy was pathetic. Took 25 minutes for me before my number was called and after finalising the medicines the staff forwarded me to another counter for scanning and delivery and there was another que for that. I got frustrated and left without taking medicines. Worse experience when it comes to pharmacy experience. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. This scenario is pushing me to consider other medical centres
