Overall, my experience at Prime Hospital was good. The doctor, nurse, and ECG staff were very professional and supportive, and I appreciate their service. However, I would like to highlight an issue regarding the appointment system and customer service. I had a doctor’s appointment scheduled for Tuesday, which was booked two weeks in advance. Normally, I receive a reminder call one day before the appointment, but this time I did not receive any reminder. Because of this, I had to contact customer service to confirm the appointment. I spoke with an agent (Mr. Imran), but I found the interaction to be unhelpful and unprofessional. I tried to explain my situation and asked whether there was a system issue with the reminder calls, but I did not receive a proper clarification. Instead, I was advised that I should remember the appointment without relying on reminders, which is not appropriate as reminder calls are part of the service. Later, when I spoke with another customer service agent, I understood that the information provided earlier was incorrect. I would suggest improving customer service training and ensuring consistent communication, especially regarding appointment reminders, so patients receive accurate and helpful information.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing. The manner in which my medication approval was handled resulted in unnecessary delays, significant inconvenience, avoidable stress, and financial loss after I was forced to purchase my medication at my own expense. Given the seriousness of this matter, I have submitted an official complaint to the relevant health authorities as well as to the senior management of Prime Healthcare. I trust that a thorough investigation will be conducted, and I will await the outcome and management's formal response. Despite this unfortunate experience, I would like to make it clear that my complaint is not directed at my treating physician. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Nishit, whose professionalism, clinical expertise, compassion, and commitment to patient care have been exceptional throughout my treatment. Dr. Nishit has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of medical practice, and my concerns relate solely to the administrative and pharmacy processes, not to the quality of medical care I received from him.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Ziryab Zaki Osman, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I met him, I felt comfortable and confident in his care. He took the time to explain my condition clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. I had been suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain for a long time. After following Dr. Ziryab’s treatment plan, taking the prescribed medication, and following his advice, I have felt a significant improvement. His expertise, compassion, and genuine concern for his patients truly make a difference. I would also like to sincerely thank Nurse Jecel for her outstanding care. She was always smiling, kind, and very polite. She assisted me throughout my therapy with great professionalism, made sure I was comfortable, and provided excellent follow-up care. Her positive attitude and dedication made my experience even better. I highly recommend Dr. Ziryab Zaki Osman and Nurse Jecel at Prime Medical Center, Ajman. They are an exceptional team who truly care about their patients. Thank you both for your excellent care and support!

Doctor didn't review my file earlier to my appointment, he was busy with other patient I ended to wait 2 hours until he see me,one paramedics entered his office a head of me despite long waiting time which is not logic &shouldn't happen as they are not allowed to be entered during working hours. Blood test results was critical no-one called me back for further management. New plan of treatment was done which affecting my lab results &I was admitted to the hospital I do reci Ed all on next Monday to discuss my lab results also he was not informed or even be aware that I got admitted to the hospital. Meanwhile patient should be followed up not the patient calling to ask about his plan of care or proper treatment Luckely I am a health care provider &I know what I need to do what if the patient is a layperson.

I would like to share my disappointing experience at Prime Medical Center, BurJuman, regarding the nurse assisting Dr. Srinivas Patnaikuni. I do not know the nurse’s name yet, but I will mention it during my next follow-up visit. The behavior was highly unprofessional and lacking basic care and empathy toward patients. We waited for almost 3 hours, from 5:36 PM until 8:40 PM, along with our 1.5-year-old baby. During this time, my wife was extremely sick and vomiting continuously, and we urgently needed to see the doctor. Despite the situation, the nurse showed no concern or support and did not handle the situation properly. This was a very bad and stressful experience for my family. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves patient care and staff behavior in the future.

It's my 1st time doing medical checkup, everyone is accommodating. Dr. Sanobar is understanding and great Dr. Ms. Nurse who get my vitals is also very nice, I did not get her name but she is the one process for my sick leave and inform me things carefully. Only that after I paid, the DHA site for sick leave is not working so i did not get sickleave certificate now. But Ms.nurse assured me she will send via email once the site is available.
