My experience with Dr Hatem Dalati has genuinely been life changing. In 2024, I underwent rhinoplasty primarily to correct a deviated septum because I was experiencing significant breathing difficulties. While having that surgery, I also made some cosmetic changes to my nose. My main priority, however, was always to improve my breathing. Unfortunately, after the surgery, my breathing did not improve. In fact, over time it became increasingly problematic. I was later told that excess skin was contributing to the issue, and I underwent a further procedure where I was cut and re-stitched in an attempt to resolve the problem. Despite this, my breathing continued to worsen. The ongoing issues began affecting every aspect of my life. My sleep suffered, my daily activities became more difficult, and it had a significant impact on both my personal life and my ability to manage a very busy schedule. I became frustrated and uncertain about where to turn next. Most importantly, I had no trust in doctors and was extremely hesitant to undergo another procedure. Meeting Dr Hatem Dalati completely changed that experience for me. From my very first consultation, he was honest, caring, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me. Unlike many doctors I had encountered, he took the time to explain exactly what was causing my breathing issues, what could realistically be done to fix them, and what outcomes I could expect. He never made promises he couldn't keep, and that honesty gave me confidence and peace of mind. What stood out most was the level of care he provided throughout the entire process. Even after surgery, he continued to see me regularly, monitor my progress, clean and check my nose, and ensure I was healing properly. He made every effort to keep me comfortable and supported during recovery. Having to undergo revision surgery was incredibly stressful, but Dr Hatem's calm and reassuring manner made a difficult experience much easier. I always felt that I was in safe hands. Most importantly, he actually fixed the problems that had been affecting my quality of life for so long. The improvement has been remarkable, and I am incredibly grateful for both his skill and dedication. I am sharing my experience not only because Dr Hatem deserves recognition for the exceptional care he provides, but because I know how difficult it can be to find a doctor you can truly trust. I hope that anyone reading this who is struggling with similar issues finds comfort and confidence in seeking a consultation with him. For me, Dr Hatem Dalati didn't just perform surgery, he gave me back my ability to breathe properly and improved my quality of life.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Mohammed Arshad Ali for the outstanding care and expertise he provided throughout my surgery and recovery. From the pre-operative assessment to the post-operative period, Dr. Arshad was professional, reassuring, and highly attentive to my comfort and safety. He took the time to explain the anesthesia plan clearly and addressed all my concerns with patience and confidence. One aspect that particularly impressed me was his excellent pain management strategy using epidural analgesia. Following a major thoracic surgery, I experienced remarkably good pain control during my hospital stay, which greatly contributed to my comfort, breathing exercises, mobility, and overall recovery. The anesthesia and perioperative care were delivered with exceptional skill, and I felt safe and well looked after throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful to Dr. Mohammed Arshad Ali for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to patient care. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring anesthesia services, especially for complex thoracic procedures. I am writing this feedback regarding my recent experience at Prime Medical, Arabian Center branch. On Friday night, I developed a painful lump on the right side of my breast with a rash. I saw Dr. Maysa, who prescribed Augmentin and arranged an ultrasound. After no improvement over the weekend, the ultrasound confirmed an infection. On Monday, I consulted the surgeon, Dr. Radhia, who advised that Augmentin was not suitable. She prescribed Cefutil and Metrolag. My insurance did not cover Cefutil due to the prior Augmentin prescription, so I had to pay out of pocket. Dr. Radhia mentioned that ideally, the gynecologist should have referred me directly to her, as the lump was within her field of expertise. What could have been resolved over the weekend led to my situation worsening. I had to take DHA medical leave on Tuesday and Wednesday to rest and was unable to teach. This resulted in unnecessary costs, wasted time, and added stress. I hope this feedback helps improve future care and communication.

Normally, I find the care at Harley Street excellent, and I hope my experience today was just a one off. I would not say the visit was “bad” per se, but when I called to make the appointment I was clear that it was a pediatric follow-up post 2-day discharge after delivery of the baby. As per the hospitals discharge instructions, the visit was for an auditory test and second jaundice test. I stated this when I booked the appointment. During the visit neither of these procedures were available, and we were told to go to a hospital to do them. It seems this should have been made clear during the booking process rather than having to bring the baby unnecessarily. The appointment therefore did not constitute, in my opinion, a medical consultation and instead consisted of patronizing advice such as “talk to your baby” for their development and provide them with stimulating activities. Note that I understand this might be a general spiel given to any new parents.

Dr. Mikaniki recently treated my son for a structural abnormality that was compromising his nasal airway. A few weeks after Dr. Mikaniki conducted a detailed nasal reconstruction, my son already looks as though he never had surgery — and can breathe properly through both nostrils. What stood out most was how personally invested Dr. Mikaniki was throughout the entire process. She made herself available by phone and in person well beyond normal hours. When my son was anxious before the procedure, she met with us at 10PM to address his concerns, despite having had a full day of work. That same dedication carried into post-operative care — she even followed up with us during the Eid holidays. Her commitment made us feel genuinely looked after, and I believe it played a real role in both my son's physical and emotional recovery. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

2 points to highlight on including my last 3 visits: 1. waiting time if walk-ins are very long can't imagine getting sick again - I have raised this to one of the nurse to emphasize to the management, just not sure if it was raised since I don't see any changes 2. some staffs are friendly some are not, what I love the most are the doctors are very accommodating - hope that each staff should muster at least the very basic "Customer Service 101" PS-oh I remember one more when I got a blood test after I got a small band-aid suddenly the blood spurted even on the floors and I rushed back to the nurse I was advised to wait a minute or 2 cause she had to do a triage to another patient. On a positive note, overall experience is still A-OK. The above points are not a complaint but things for the institution to improve and elevate the service!
