I had a very good experience at American Spine Clinic. The doctors are friendly, approachable, and genuinely take the time to listen to all your concerns. They explain your condition clearly, and when necessary, they quickly recommend the appropriate tests to help ease your worries and identify what may be causing your pain or discomfort. A special mention to Dr. Shawkat, Dr. Danny, and Dr. Mahmoud, as well as their wonderful nurses. They go beyond their duties to make patients feel comfortable and understood. I was especially touched by how they make an effort to learn and use the patient’s language to better understand what we are feeling and experiencing. That small effort makes a big difference. The nurses are very accommodating, caring, and friendly, and the entire staff is welcoming and helpful. The Nursing staff is unprofessional I completed the ECG but no report was handed over to me it was told that I will receive an email but after 5 hours of visit no email received. While she confirmed that it will be sent immideatly Also I went to hospital fasting for blood collection - it was told by nurse that sample will be taken after consultation and story was changed at last moment that without approval they can not take the sample Very unprofessional behavior when I asked Nurse that how will I follow-up on blood test and TMT approval can I have contact details of nurse station where I can call she suggested that call center number is there. Empathy and care is totally missing and I can see lot of paitent and staff is overwhelmed. For sure not recommending to others - I go there because of Doctor Murali. Or else no need to go in such place

The Dr was talking in a bad way, we arrived lates for 10 mns and she was supposed to leave, we understand that this might not be something nice to be late but this doesn’t give her the right to talk to us in that way, she was talking in a way as if someone is feeling disgusted and like punishing us and by the way we heard here talking on the phone and saying about us that “she is coming so late and want to be medicated” in Arabic in a way as if we don’t deserve the service because we were late that was after directly she left the clinic and was walking beside the gym before reaching the stairs and you can check the cameras and I am sure her voice will be there. This was a very bad experience and for sure we will not go there again

I went to see Dr wael for emergency treatment on a tooth which was giving me horrible nerve pain. He was excellent and immediately identified the problem and talked me through every stage. It was so disappointing waiting for almost to ours for our number to be called only then being informed only in information that you are no longe accepting walkin. you could have informed us when we are taking the talking or aleast inform in advance, my baby is having fever and waiting for atleast first aid, you dont respect peoples time, and what if something happen to my baby while waiting or she’s getting worst,?
