I’ve been seeing her since 2013, and I can honestly say that finding someone who understands you and makes you feel as comfortable as she does is rare. During a short break when she was away for her studies, I tried seeing a few other therapists, but I never quite found the same comfort and confidence that I’ve always had with her. Over the years, I’ve worked through a lot of things with her, from relationship challenges to career struggles. What I’ve always appreciated is how every session helps me look at things from a different perspective. She has helped me understand myself better, manage my emotions, and handle difficult situations in a much healthier way. I’ve always been amazed by her patience and how well she seems to understand me, sometimes even when I struggle to put my own feelings into words. I have been visiting Dr. Deepa since 4 years now and with no doubt I can say that she is the best clinical psychologist in UAE. She has so much of experience and is very understanding no matter what your difficulties are. She is the only clinical psychologist who is an excellent DBT practitioner. I have visited more than 10 psychologists and psychiatrists but none of them showed kindness like she does and also none of them are as good in DBT like she is.
