After my consultation, I felt relieved and extremely comfortable knowing I was going to be in his capable hands for my upcoming surgery. I had attended Epworth Hospital for an Angiogram with Dr Martin Hiscock at 8.30 a.m. on Thurssday, 27 April 2023. The angiogram recorded an almost total blockage of the Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery, close to the junction with the Aorta. Without any hesitation Martin Hiscock arranged immediate openheart surgery with Dr Simon Morton as soon as possible, which took place later the same day.. Dr Morton performed five bypass grafts into the coronary artery, which have proved to be proved to be completely successful. He has saved the life of Bill M, for which we are extremely grateful.
