Explanation

Problem is around service provided. Dr Naveed was well spoken, clear and nice to chat to. I don't doubt he is good at what he does. However, consult was rushed and my scans hadnt been reviewed prior to consult, and couldn't be accessed during the consult. I had been waiting 1.5 months for this appointment. Ive spent $300 for a 5 min chat and no new information or advice has been given. Because scans hadnt been reviewed. Walked away thinking what had I paid for??With the word cancer and tumour used for the first time in life, I'm happy to pay for best advice, but just didn't get anything out of this consult. In addition to the above I was informed prior to the consult that he had surgery in the afternoon and my appointment needed to be rescheduled for the second time. I shuffled meetings around on my side to get to an earlier appointment. On arrival, Dr Naveed explained he was flying to Sydney for a wedding, hence he was dressed in a tux. I get people have personal commitments, and work hard for their time off. Just say that, no problems. Overall not great experience.
