Dr Yincent Tse

Dr Yincent Tse is an accomplished Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist and Paediatrician dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for infants, children, and young people. With a profound commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence, Dr Tse works closely with young patients and their families to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of renal conditions. He is particularly passionate about empowering families through clear medical information and driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety for children.

In his clinical practice, Dr Tse provides comprehensive care across all aspects of paediatric kidney health. His areas of clinical interest include childhood high blood pressure, nephrotic syndrome, renal growth monitoring, and recurrent urinary tract infections. In addition, Dr Tse manages complex, long-term kidney conditions, supporting patients who require specialised interventions such as dialysis and kidney transplantation. He also maintains a dedicated focus on medication safety for children and establishing structured transition pathways to support young people moving from paediatric care to adult health services.

Dr Tse completed his medical training at the University of Edinburgh, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) alongside a Bachelor of Science with Honours. He subsequently completed advanced specialty training in paediatrics and paediatric nephrology across leading tertiary centres. Dr Tse is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (FRCPCH) and holds active professional memberships with national specialist organisations, including the British Association for Paediatric Nephrology.
