Spire Lowfield Clinic

First time visit, was impressed with organisation of clinic. Very friendly staff. My appointment was on time and very professionally dealt with in a precise and friendly way. Explanations were clear and I fully understood them, this included future actions by correspondence.

Spire provided a first class team to meet all my needs in a very pleasant atmosphere

From entering the reception the staff were very friendly and professional. My check in was very quick. I was called in for my appointment within five minutes

Whilst the staff were very friendly indeed, due to a technical mix up, Reception knew we had arrived, but the message hadn't gone through to the nurses. This result in a long wait.

I was very greatful to the hospital and Dr Ul Qamar for the attention I recieved I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ul Qamar to my family and friends if they needed cardiological care Although I did not need it on this occasion I understand Dr UL Qamar’s interventional work is of the highest calibre and that he had recently been named as the outstanding interventional trainer in the Uk for junior colleagues in training

Staff were lovely, clinic was clean.

All staff were very nice and friendly. The waiting area was quite cramped as there were lots of people waiting. Appointment times were running behind by about 30 minutes and no one notified the patients in the waiting area.

Happy with the visit overall. The hospital was very welcoming overall all. The doctor was eager to resolve my issue as quickly as possible.
