Mrs Jane Allen

Mrs Jane Allen is an experienced consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology with a wide range of special interests. Her main areas of expertise lie in menstrual problems, hysteroscopic and laparoscopic procedures and endometriosis. A consultant since 2008, she has gained experience in general gynaecology diagnosing and treating conditions such as urinary incontinence and vaginal prolapse.

Qualifying from Sheffield Medical School in 1997, she continued her postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology in the Yorkshire. Currently, Mrs Allen holds memberships at Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopists and the European Society of Gynaecological Endoscopists.

Mrs Allen practices privately out of the Spire Hull & East Riding Hospital which is easily accessible for patients living in Hull and the surrounding areas. Here she offers procedures such as minimal access surgery, laparoscopic hysterectomies, prolapse surgery, hysteroscopic surgery and surgery for the management of pelvic pain. She has been on the specialist register for obstetrics and gynaecology since November 2007.
