I've struggled to write this review because I have so many positive things to say about Mr Yahya Khedr. When I first visited Mr Khedr at Envision Clinics in January 2026, I was incredibly overwhelmed and anxious. I had been struggling with my eyes for almost a year and had become frightened about what was happening. From the moment I met him, his calm and reassuring manner made me feel safe and that I was finally in the right hands. He gave me the time to explain my concerns, listened carefully and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I had a lot of questions throughout my treatment and he was always incredibly responsive, answering them promptly and offering reassurance when I needed it. This meant so much, particularly as I find eye examinations very difficult. I had been suffering with ongoing inflammation following blepharitis and developed multiple chalazia across my eyelids. Mr Khedr diagnosed me with Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) and chronic blepharitis, and for the first time I felt truly understood and had a clear path forward. Mr Khedr has since performed my chalazion surgery, carried out two meibography scans and provided IPL treatment. I was particularly anxious about the procedures as I find anyone touching my eyes extremely difficult, but he was incredibly patient and understanding, always recognising when I was becoming overwhelmed and taking the time to reassure me.
