An excellent clinician , very happy for my child under his care
Dr Alam has been very positive with my daughter and worked really well with her keeping her distracted while doing the prick test, Thank you for making her feel so comfortable
Dr alam has explained my sons allergies very well to us and told us the steps we need to take in order to keep him safe. Really happy with communication overall
He was very clear, the test was quick and I felt he tried to get me the answers I needed quickly. I really appreciated the help!
Very clear, good with our daughter and overall very reassuring
We recently had our 3.5-year-old daughter treated by Dr. Alam at Northway Clinic, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. From the start, Dr. Alam was approachable and listened to our concerns with genuine patience. He took immediate action, ordering the necessary tests and—most impressively—promptly communicating the results to us, even outside his normal working hours. When it became clear she needed hospital care, he didn’t hesitate to refer us to A&E. The referral letter he provided was so detailed that the hospital staff specifically commented on how helpful it was, allowing them to start the correct treatment without any delay. Even while she was in the hospital, Dr. Alam kept in touch to check on her progress.
