Dr Sureshchandra Madaiah

Dr Sureshchandra Madaiah is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician and Consultant Neonatologist who provides compassionate, comprehensive care for newborns, children, and young people. Specialising in general paediatric health alongside neonatal medicine, he works closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of clinical care and guidance throughout every stage of a child's early growth and development.

In his clinical practice, Dr Madaiah manages a wide range of paediatric health concerns and complex neonatal care requirements. Serving as a Quality Improvement Lead, he actively advances clinical safety initiatives, refines operational protocols, and fosters continuous learning across medical teams. His clinical interests include acute paediatric management, newborn care, and the integration of simulation-based training to optimise clinical outcomes and patient safety.

Dr Madaiah earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree and subsequently attained membership with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH). He remains committed to professional development, regular clinical audit, and medical education, frequently mentoring junior medical staff and contributing to departmental quality standards.
