I honestly can’t recommend David enough. Having now come to the end of my sessions, I can genuinely say that working with him has been a really positive experience. From the beginning, he made me feel comfortable, listened to and understood, which made such a difference.

What I appreciated most about David was his approach. He made me feel at ease, never judged and gave me the space to talk openly. I always felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to help, rather than it just being another appointment.

I’m really grateful for the time, support and guidance he’s given me throughout this process. Ending sessions feels like a good opportunity to reflect on how far I’ve come and I’m glad David was part of that journey.

If you’re considering therapy and looking for someone you can feel comfortable opening up to, I would absolutely recommend David.

The admission process ahead of my arrival at Hay Farm was swift, highly professional and extremely caring. I felt in good hands even before I arrived. 
The whole experience at Hay Farm was life changing. I felt safe from the moment I arrived. Within days my severe anxiety was more manageable. The individual and group therapy sessions delved deeply into the reasons behind my ill health and provided me with the tools to better manage the issues in my life going forward. The on site nursing staff are incredibly caring and constantly on call. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is delicious and healthy.

Dr Nathwani has been so kind, understanding and helpful during my struggle with anxiety. She is easy to talk to and has helped me make so much progress towards learning how to cope with daily issues.

It was my 6 month check up and it felt like no time had passed when speaking to Dr Agrawal. He made the conversation easy to understand and enjoyable. The time went so quickly and for an individual diagnosed with ADHD meetings and conversations where I am sat still is quite the challenge!!! 
He gave me extremely helpful advice and never dismisses any concerns or questions I have. The meeting feels more like a catch up with an old friend! 
I always state to anyone I talk to that Dr Agrawal has been the only healthcare professional I have had a pleasant experience with and I am beyond grateful for him.
