I have phone appointments and video call reviews with Dr Umoh and genuinely couldn’t speak more highly of him. I recently had some unexpected medical changes and he managed to accommodate me at very short notice, which made a huge difference. Even when I need something later than ideal, he always goes out of his way to make sure I’m fully supported and never left waiting. He takes my wider medical situation into account each time, which makes the whole process feel safe and well-managed. I had such a positive experience with Nurse Sippo and Dr. Umo. Nurse Sippo was amazing – very thorough in her assessment, and she made me feel so welcome and at ease during what was a very important step for me. I then had a follow-up with Dr. Umo, who was equally welcoming, understanding, and extremely thorough in his evaluation and reporting.
