I honestly can’t recommend David enough. Having now come to the end of my sessions, I can genuinely say that working with him has been a really positive experience. From the beginning, he made me feel comfortable, listened to and understood, which made such a difference. What I appreciated most about David was his approach. He made me feel at ease, never judged and gave me the space to talk openly. I always felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to help, rather than it just being another appointment. I’m really grateful for the time, support and guidance he’s given me throughout this process. Ending sessions feels like a good opportunity to reflect on how far I’ve come and I’m glad David was part of that journey. If you’re considering therapy and looking for someone you can feel comfortable opening up to, I would absolutely recommend David.
My experience with Matt Dawkin was entirely on line. He has basically given me structures to use to help me in the future which is invaluable. Furthermore he has allowed me to talk through painful experiences in my past and come to some sort of reconciliation. These options have changed my life in that they have given me back some peace of mind which is more than I could have hoped for. I can’t thank him enough.
My sessions were conducted online, which made it easy and convenient to fit them into my busy schedule. The therapist was warm & welcoming & put me at ease from the very first session.
I had been seeing Katrina for a while and I could not have gotten through some of the events in my life without her help. She takes the time to understand, shows empathy and gave me the tools to work through those events and being able to process them. She tailored every session to my needs and I felt very safe with her. A very big thank you to her.

Feedback and Recognition for Denise Sheldrake Dear Priory team I wanted to take the time to give some heartfelt feedback about Denise, because I genuinely feel that people like her are incredibly rare and deserve to be recognised. I started working with Denise around February/March, at a time when I was in an extremely difficult place. I had just gone through a painful breakup, but it also brought up a lot of unresolved pain from my divorce, childhood experiences and other things I had carried for many years. Everything came together at once, and I reached a point where I had lost my enjoyment of life and felt very little hope for my future. I have worked with several therapists over the years, both in England and abroad, but Denise has been completely different. She has something genuinely special. She has felt like an angel in my life and has helped me move from a very dark place to somewhere I can finally see hope again and believe that my future can be happy. What makes her exceptional is that she genuinely understands the individual person in front of her. Her advice is never generic; it is thoughtful, personal and based on who I am and what I am experiencing. Her empathy, compassion and ability to understand me have been extraordinary. She is a true diamond and, without doubt, the best therapist I have ever worked with. Today was my final session with Denise, and I have found it incredibly emotional. She has been an absolute rock for me over the last six months. Previously, I would often dread therapy because I knew it could be emotionally difficult, but with De...
