As a Consultant Breast Surgeon, Miss Rachel Ainsworth specialises in breast disease and is an expert in managing both breast cancer and benign breast problems. She provides a patient-focused approach to care and will guide patients through every aspect of their treatment journey.

Miss Ainsworth is a skilled surgeon with experience in a wide range of breast operations. These range from procedures such as breast lump removal, lymph node surgery and nipple surgery to more complex oncoplastic breast surgery. This includes procedures such as breast reconstruction and breast reduction, which are often required to provide symmetry following cancer operations.

She is also a fully recognised Public Health England Breast screening surgeon and has a specialist interest in treating patients with breast pain. Additionally, she runs specialist clinics for patients at high risk of developing breast cancer.
