Dr. Fiona Tsang-Wright

Dr. Fiona Tsang-Wright is a Consultant Breast and Reconstructive Surgeon at HCA Healthcare UK’s Leaders in Breast Surgery, based at the Women’s Health Centre on Harley Street. She specializes in the management of both benign and complex breast conditions, offering a full spectrum of surgical treatments, including lumpectomies, sentinel lymph node biopsies, axillary clearances, and mastectomies. With expertise in oncoplastic remodelling techniques, she ensures optimal aesthetic outcomes while maintaining the highest standard of cancer treatment. Dr. Tsang-Wright is particularly skilled in immediate breast reconstruction using implants and collaborates with plastic surgeons for autologous flap reconstructions.

Dr. Tsang-Wright has a special interest in paediatric and adolescent breast conditions, including the management of giant juvenile fibroadenomas. Her compassionate approach and clinical expertise allow her to support young patients with sensitivity, arranging same-day imaging, with the assistance of a highly trained paediatric nursing team.

Dedicated to personalized, patient-centred care, Dr. Tsang-Wright ensures that every patient is well-informed and supported throughout their treatment journey. She has a strong focus on risk-reducing surgery, the management of breast cancer in younger women, and the treatment of benign breast conditions such as breast pain and cysts. She is also at the forefront of technological advancements in breast surgery, having introduced the Magseed® (Endomag) for impalpable cancer localization in 2021, followed by the Magtotal approach, combining Magseed® and Magtrace®.

In addition to her extensive UK-based experience, Dr. Tsang-Wright has worked across multiple international healthcare systems, including in the United Arab Emirates and Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore). This exposure has deepened her expertise in managing breast conditions within diverse healthcare settings, equipping her with a broad, globally informed perspective on patient care and surgical innovation.

Dr. Tsang-Wright earned her medical and biomedical sciences degree at King’s College London, followed by postgraduate surgical training in North West London. She gained extensive reconstructive experience at some of London’s leading tertiary oncoplastic units, including The Royal Marsden Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital (Imperial College), and St Bartholomew’s Hospital. She was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2018 and commenced her full-time consultancy in 2019. Dr. Tsang-Wright is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and plays an active role on two committees within the Association of Breast Surgery (UK).
