Mr Ismail is always courteous and friendly. He ensures that I understand the outcome of the examination and the outcomes of my mammogram and ultrasound. He is always interested in my wellbeing.

My visit was very quick, from GP referral to seeing Mr Ismail. He was very straight forward and put me at ease throughout the consultation and all subsequent conservations and consultations.

Mr Ismail is a very kind and caring professional, he always puts you and ease, giving clear explanations about treatments etc and always has time for any questions or concerns you may have.

He examined my breast and said he could feel a cyst . He also wrote on my doctors letter that I was complaining of pain where I had surgery. That was not the case I went to see him because I had been called back from a routine NHS mammogram. So all a bit confusing.

Dr Ismail is very professional and extremely experienced. I had seen him in 2017 following my breast cancer and was very happy indeed to see him again. He completely put my mind at rest and went above and beyond to explain and discuss my concerns. He has years of experience behind him therefore the whole appointment was reassuring with him. Moving forward I would always like to see Dr Ismail for my check ups.

Dr Ismail has been my surgeon since 2021, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He performed my breast surgery, and I can honestly say that he is an exceptional doctor. Throughout my journey, Dr Ismail has shown me such kindness, care, and compassion. He is not only an excellent surgeon but also a genuinely caring person who makes you feel supported and reassured during what can be one of the most difficult times in your life. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him as my surgeon. His dedication, compassion, and professionalism mean so much to me, and I will always be grateful for the care he has given me. Thank you, Dr Ismail, for everything you have done for me. You truly are a wonderful doctor, and I feel so lucky to be in your care.

I have been under the care of Mr Ismail for 8 years and recently had reason to visit him again. He listens with kindness, always manages to put me at ease during worrying times and is very thorough. They broke the mould after Mr Ismail was made.
