Mr Quentin Frew

Mr Quentin Frew is a dedicated Consultant Plastic Surgeon who provides compassionate and comprehensive care for patients requiring reconstructive or aesthetic interventions. He adopts a patient-centred philosophy, offering thorough assessments and tailored treatment plans that address each individual's functional and aesthetic needs. Mr Frew focuses on delivering clear explanations and empathetic guidance, ensuring patients feel fully informed and comfortable throughout every stage of their treatment.

In his clinical practice, Mr Frew specialises in reconstructive plastic surgery, burn scar management, and medical laser surgery. His expertise includes managing complex scarring resulting from trauma, surgery, acne, or burn injuries, as well as addressing symptoms such as scar contractures, pain, and itching. He offers a wide array of advanced treatments, including carbon dioxide laser therapy, pulsed dye laser therapy, and skin lesion excisions, aiming to restore both physical function and appearance.

Mr Frew completed his medical training with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) alongside a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons), later earning a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) focusing on burns, scarring, and patient recovery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery and serves as an Executive Member of the British Medical Laser Association. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Mr Frew contributes to medical education as a Training Programme Director for Core Surgery and as an Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons.
