I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma on the side of my nose close to my eye. I am a dental surgeon in the Harley street area. Jonathan Britto has an excellent reputation, so I sought his advice. He and his team are simultaneously friendly and very professional. The approach and procedure were fully explained. The procedure itself which involved removal of the tumour and repair with a skin graft was carried out under local anaesthetic. The whole process was painless and carried out with great care in a relaxed atmosphere at the Cadogan Clinic. Follow up care was exemplary by all members of his team. Three months on and you wouldn't even know that I had anything done. I cannot recommend Mr Britto and his team highly enoug.

Jonathan is simply the best. He is a genuine artist who talks about light bouncing off cheekbones and other such things! But what's incredible is, when the work is done, you can honestly see exactly what he means. My face is perfection. He carried out work on my lower lids which has resulted in the most natural, youthful result. My whole face looks fresher without a hint of 'pillow face'. More than this, I think he is probably unique in his field in terms of his humility, humour and genuine concern for his patients. I felt totally supported throughout this whole journey. I can never thank Jonathan enough so all I can do is recommend him to everyone I know.

I found Mr Britto, extremely professional, from consultations through to the surgery and post operative. I was made to feel completely at ease. I had lots of questions and all was explained in detail during the consultations and on the day of surgery.

I was relieved and delighted to meet such a kind, patient and professional expert in this field to treat a Basal Cell Carcinoma diagnosed by my GP. Despite the delayed procedure due to Coronavirus restrictions, Mr Britto carried out the BCC removal operation and skin graft painlessly and successfully, with follow-up consultations both remotely and in person. Unfortunately the latest of these revealed additional areas of damaged skin for which he prescribed self-treatment with 'Efudix', and this has proved successful, as confirmed by Mr Britto at my most recent consultation on 7th September. I am pleased with the result of Mr Britto's meticulous work, and am very grateful for his care and concern in providing information, reassurance, treatment and advice. This should help to avoid future recurrences, but I greatly appreciate his offer of continued support if any similar issues recur.
