The psychological response to surgery is a very bespoke matter and as you say it is very much a focus of our team response to blepharoplasty (and all my aesthetic and restorative surgery). The psychological support and the support to healing is part of our ‘Prepare and Repair’ programme tailored to each individual. All surgery, whether ‘large or small’ has an individual and bespoke impact. Once the swelling abates and the scar becomes soft - confidence bounces back.
