Life changing experience. William and his team have been highly professional, honest, and supportive from start to finish. Communication has been second to none. Best decision I have ever made and would do it all again. Still early days but I am truly so thrilled with the outcome and excited for the future and final result. Definitely the right surgeon and team for me and I cannot thank then all enough for such a life changing transformation.

Amazing! I had a breast reduction and I’m blown away by the results. Could not be happier with the appearance. I had large droopy breast which made me look much fatter than I am and really restricted my choice of clothes and swimwear. The whole process from initial consultation through to post op appointment was seamless. I did my research and chose William; I was comfortable and confident with William right from the initial consultation through. Aesthetics aside, I feel so much more comfortable too. 10/10 all round.

William was very accommodating in arranging appointments around my trips to London both pre-and post operatively, arranging both online and in person appointments where necessary. I never felt rushed and was always able to ask the questions I wanted. William is excellent at explaining everything without either patronising or being overly technical. I am delighted with the result of the surgery; the point of it for me - and William fully understood this remit - was to remove the effects of several Caesarian sections, both in terms of scar tissue and diastasis. Emma (his assistant) has been warm, responsive and very supportive.

From the moment I met William I felt at ease, listened to, understood and most importantly safe. There was lots of opportunity to discuss concerns, questions, expectations with both him and his assistant Emma who was also fabulous and any nerves I initially had totally disappeared. Even on the day of the surgery I was totally chilled and simply excited due to the faith I had in my surgeon. I have had a couple of follow up appointments with William and again, he continued his professional, friendly, helpful approach. Dr William Van Niekerk performed a Brazilian Tummy Tuck with diastasis repair in February 2024. From the first time I met with William I had no doubt I was with the right surgeon. His experience, expertise and high regard in his industry are what you are looking for in a surgeon of course, but it’s the thoughtful and thorough approach that William takes in you as a unique individual that you really begin to understand his experience and skillfulness. I have no hesitation in recommending William and his team. I felt considered and supported at every contact - Emma, William’s PA is amazingly responsive and incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding you through the whole process and answering any queries. The nurses, anaesthetist/surgical team were all fantastic and explained everything clearly at every step on the day of surgery and post surgery and you feel incredibly well looked after.

William did my original breast enhancement so when I realised I was developing capsular contracture 8 years later in one of the breasts, I returned to him straight away for the removal of those implants and I’m so pleased I did. Williams’ care, respectful nature and detail orientated service puts you at ease and is replicated in the outcome of his work. My recovery both times has been extremely comfortable with minimal bruising or swelling and extremely aesthetically pleasing. I had my breast implants removed 5 weeks ago and the results are phenomenal. I’m over the moon with how well my natural breasts have recovered and am so pleased I trusted William with this delicate procedure. He prepared me well mentally for the change and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, thank you William and your team!

From meeting William for the first time I knew he was the one to perform my body lift. He listened to me and was very thorough and clear with his explanation and advice. I knew I was going to be well looked after. I had very little pain after my surgery and was back exercising within 8 weeks! I've had good aftercare with regular check-ups. Additionally Emma is very helpful and provided information throughout the process as well as responded to my many questions quickly. Mr William Van Niekerk – a fantastic surgeon. Highly recommend for tummy tuck with liposuction after a massive weight loss. I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo under Mr Van Niekerk’s care in November 2023 after losing over 42Kg (over 6.5 stones). I highly recommend him for his brilliant surgical skills, wonderful care and fantastic results. I’d had a lifelong struggle with my weight - once peaking at over 122kg. But after a huge effort I finally got to a place where I had a BMI of under 30. I'd lost 35% of my body weight - and managed to maintain it. Sadly, this dramatic weight loss left me with a lot of very stretched loose skin and some excess fat remaining in the tummy area and lower body. After a lot of anxious deliberation, I decided to go for it and have surgery to deal with this problem. I was extremely nervous about putting myself through an operation and wanted to be in the best hands possible. Mr Van Niekerk had been featured as one of London’s top body surgeons in a major publication, and I arranged to meet him and some others for evaluation. The other surgeons I met seemed either underconfident in dealing with the amount of work needed after my weight loss, or not particularly understanding about what I had been through to reach this point. But with Mr Van Niekirk I was impressed with everything.
