Dr Puneet Nath

Dr Puneet Nath is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician and Consultant Neonatologist who provides comprehensive clinical care for newborns, infants, and young children. He specialises in overseeing complex neonatal conditions, supporting critically ill newborns, and guiding families through challenging medical circumstances. Dr Nath is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care that prioritises the health, development, and well-being of every child under his supervision.

His clinical expertise spans advanced neonatal intensive care, emergency neonatal transport, and the management of premature or low birth weight infants. Dr Nath maintains a strong clinical focus on respiratory support therapies, including high-flow and low-flow oxygen administration and humidification. Additionally, he focuses on infection prevention protocols, such as reducing late-onset sepsis and central line infections, as well as providing antenatal counselling to expectant parents facing high-risk pregnancies.

Dr Nath completed his medical training with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He subsequently undertook postgraduate specialist training in child health, earning a Diploma in Child Health (DCH). He is a respected member of the medical community and holds Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH). Throughout his career, he has actively participated in clinical leadership, medical education, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing family-centred care.
