Mr Patrick Jennings

Mr Patrick Jennings is an osteopath based at Reform Osteopaths in Lymm, Cheshire.

He studied osteopathy for four years at Swansea University and gained his MOst in 2021. He has experience in musculoskeletal injuries, exercise rehabilitation, and nutrition. He also holds a certificate in structural and kinesiology taping, which can be used in conjunction with therapy. He combines current osteopathic procedures with traditional osteopathic procedures to reduce pain and boost capacity to do everyday tasks.

Mr Jennings developed an interest in osteopathy during his teens when he was involved in athletics and was treated for an injury. He realised the importance of therapy as a preventative strategy, rather than a cure, and the impact it can have when training. He was inspired by an osteopath's ability to identify the root cause of a problem and to treat it effectively using direct and indirect physical methods along with exercise prescription.

He regularly uses the gym while playing rugby at Lymm Rugby Club and has developed an interest in functional strength and conditioning for all body types.

Mr Jennings is committed to expanding his knowledge in the field of osteopathy and hopes to gain further certifications in the future that will benefit his patients.
