My recent visit (and all visits) have been relaxing. Jen Craven at Leeds is incredible z From first meeting Jen, she understood me and understood how frustrated I was with my injuries. Jen was friendly, calming and reassuring and after months of physio Jen helped me complete London marathon! I’ll always recommend Jen she is lovely and a pleasure to see 😀

Last year I was suffering from tennis elbow (as a result over overtraining whilst in the rowing club) and struggling to keep doing the sport I love. Jen was absolutely fantastic at talking me through the different options, and more importantly understood and worked with the fact that I needed to continue training and racing throughout the summer. After trying multiple different approaches I was pain-free and able to get back to training again properly! This year I've been lucky enough to compete in multiple regattas and head races with Leeds Rowing Club (including WEHORR and Henley Women's) and none of this would have been possible without the treatment and care I received from Freedom Care Clinics. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in a similar position!

Both me and my partner have been coming to Freedom Care Clinic for months now and we are really happy with the service. The staff are always caring, kind and professional. Consistently excellent

From the start of my treatment the reception staff were friendly and professional. Sara has been brilliant. Put me at ease from my very first appointment. Sara explains everything in a language I can relate to. My condition has been explained to me and the treatment I will receive. Sara listens to my questions and answers them very professionally and she has a really good sense of humour which patients will appreciate. Sara is a first class professional person I really appreciate the work she is putting in to solve my problem.

I was treated by Martin and had a really positive experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout. The treatment was carried out to a high standard and I’m very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Martin to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled practitioner.

I was experiencing pain and tightness in my hamstrings and calves following an intense football match. I saw Sara for a physiotherapy session, where she used massage and stretching techniques to help reduce tension and improve my flexibility. She also provided me with an exercise programme to strengthen my legs and support my football performance. Sara was professional and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing physiotherapy treatment!

I had my second acupuncture treatment and I am finding it very beneficial
