Ms Maud Proust

Maud Proust is a French-trained osteopath who relocated to Manchester after living and studying in Wales, where she completed a Master of Osteopathy (MOst). She is committed to providing holistic, patient-centred care that is informed by current evidence-based practice and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Maud adopts a comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal health, focusing not only on relieving symptoms but also on addressing factors that may contribute to pain, dysfunction, and reduced quality of life. Her treatments combine hands-on osteopathic techniques with personalised advice on lifestyle, ergonomics, movement, and rehabilitation exercises to support long-term wellbeing and recovery.

She believes in working collaboratively with patients to understand their concerns, goals, and individual circumstances, enabling the development of treatment plans that are both effective and sustainable. Maud has a particular clinical interest in supporting pregnant patients throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period. She also has a strong interest in the assessment and management of headaches and chronic pain conditions, helping patients improve function and quality of life through a combination of osteopathic treatment and evidence-based management strategies.
