Dr. Trini Ibanez

Dr Trini Ibanez is a Physiotherapist with more than 17 years of clinical experience. She began her physiotherapy career in Valencia, Spain, in 2006 and later completed training in osteopathy in 2010.

Her professional experience includes work in Spain, France and the United Kingdom across hospital and private practice settings. Since joining Freedom Care Clinics in 2016, she has been involved in the development and delivery of physiotherapy services across the organisation’s Leeds and Manchester clinics.

Dr Ibanez assesses and manages a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her clinical interests include complex and persistent pain conditions, postural assessment, recurrent musculoskeletal disorders, spinal conditions affecting the neck and back, and pain related to occupational or lifestyle factors.

Her treatment approach incorporates a variety of physiotherapy and manual therapy techniques. These include spinal manipulation, soft tissue massage, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, scar therapy and the Graston Technique. Treatment plans are tailored according to individual clinical presentation, assessment findings and rehabilitation goals.

Dr Ibanez's background in both physiotherapy and osteopathy enables her to utilise a multidisciplinary approach when managing musculoskeletal conditions. Her clinical practice focuses on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation aimed at improving movement, function and symptom management across a broad range of physical health conditions.
