Oli was recommended to me by my sports and exercise medicine consultant, and I’ve just had a full initial assessment with him. I’m very impressed with how comprehensive it was and he is, and he read all my notes I sent him in advance (there were a lot). He leaves no stone unturned, and takes the time to explain things in an understandable way. He’s also super professional and personable, it was a pleasure to meet and chat with him. His follow up report to me and my doctor reinforces that I know I’m in safe hands. Thanks Oli :)

Excellent, very thorough and knowledgable assessment of a long term tendinopathy injury. Feeling very positive after seeing Oli and looking forward to my rehab journey and getting back to running.

I was referred to Oli by a specialist after almost a year of unsuccessful physio and shockwave therapy for chronic hamstring tendinopathy. As a runner I was unable to train or race without pain. Oli immediately identified imbalances and weaknesses and created a rehab programme with structured strength and conditioning sessions that have enabled me to run mostly pain free and to start training again within three months. And I now have an ongoing S&C programme tailored for runners to help keep on top of it and manage it. Thoroughly recommend Oli for anything from everyday issues to longstanding problems.

Oli completed a very comprehensive review of my injury and was very thorough in making sure the issue was identified. I left the consultation feeling very reassured about the way forward and armed with a wide selection of rehab exercises to complete, supported by videos and notes.

Oli was outstanding—highly experienced, approachable, and excellent at explaining treatment. The studio was modern, clean, warm, with easy access and parking. I noticed immediate improvement in my long-term shoulder issue. A truly excellent experience; I would highly recommend his services.

I went to see Oli with a couple of running injuries after negative experiences with two other practitioners elsewhere. Immediately I knew I'd made the right choice this time. His experience shines through in the methodical, evidence based approach to diagnosis, using measurable metrics and targeted treatment. I was able to understand the likely cause of the issue, the impact, and how to address it. After only two consultations I'm back to running with a clear picture on how to move forward with my recovery and adjust my training pattern for the long term to prevent injury. Where else can the 'average Joe' runner get Olympic level treatment. I cannot thank Oli enough.

I had an appointment with Oli, he made an effort to squeeze me at minimal notice and provided excellent knowledge and explanations around my injury, would heavily recommend.
