I was referred to Oli by a specialist after almost a year of unsuccessful physio and shockwave therapy for chronic hamstring tendinopathy. As a runner I was unable to train or race without pain. Oli immediately identified imbalances and weaknesses and created a rehab programme with structured strength and conditioning sessions that have enabled me to run mostly pain free and to start training again within three months. And I now have an ongoing S&C programme tailored for runners to help keep on top of it and manage it. Thoroughly recommend Oli for anything from everyday issues to longstanding problems.
Oli completed a very comprehensive review of my injury and was very thorough in making sure the issue was identified. I left the consultation feeling very reassured about the way forward and armed with a wide selection of rehab exercises to complete, supported by videos and notes.
Oli was outstanding—highly experienced, approachable, and excellent at explaining treatment. The studio was modern, clean, warm, with easy access and parking. I noticed immediate improvement in my long-term shoulder issue. A truly excellent experience; I would highly recommend his services.
I went to see Oli with a couple of running injuries after negative experiences with two other practitioners elsewhere. Immediately I knew I'd made the right choice this time. His experience shines through in the methodical, evidence based approach to diagnosis, using measurable metrics and targeted treatment. I was able to understand the likely cause of the issue, the impact, and how to address it. After only two consultations I'm back to running with a clear picture on how to move forward with my recovery and adjust my training pattern for the long term to prevent injury. Where else can the 'average Joe' runner get Olympic level treatment. I cannot thank Oli enough.
I had an appointment with Oli, he made an effort to squeeze me at minimal notice and provided excellent knowledge and explanations around my injury, would heavily recommend.
Really nice welcoming people. Oli has really helped me with my recover (Adductor) set out specific rehab plans for me to follow on the robust athlete app ( extra cost ) but definitely worth it and easy to follow, I couldn’t ask for much from him and his staff. Thank you so much for helping me get back from my injury, really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend to anyone with an injury and especially any athletes out there as Oli has plenty of experience working with top athletes.
I can’t recommend Oli enough. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout my lower leg injury recovery. The treatment was tailored, clearly explained, and highly effective. After a very difficult injury, he has helped me feel positive and confident about the future.
Oli is an outstanding physio who I’d recommend without hesitation. In the build-up to my first 100km race at the UTMB World Finals, I suffered a glute med tear and at one stage wasn’t sure I’d even make it to the start line. Thanks to Oli’s expertise, guidance, and support, I not only recovered but stood on the start line feeling confident in my strength and ability. Oli is extremely professional, providing clear protocols, tailored treatment, and practical exercises that make navigating an injury far less overwhelming. His approach gave me structure, reassurance, and real progress at every stage of recovery. I’m so grateful for all of Oli’s help—thank you for getting me to the start line 😀
My husband visited Oli after severe pain in his knee where it kept giving way on him. He was originally booked in for surgery but wanted to try physio first and thankfully he did. Oli worked on strengthening his knee with various exercises and after a few appointments he has gained much more confidence in his knee. Surgery is now cancelled and hopefully he continues to improve. Surgery would have had him out of action on the sofa for over a month and there was no guarantee it would be successful, so I'm very pleased to have him back to work and out of my hair
My husband visited after pain in his back and came home a new man after only one visit. He was pretty badly with his back, having to be careful when getting up and moving around and generally moaning. After visiting Oli he was 'back' up and at it, exercising again and even did all his weekend chores gardening and a tip run lifting and carrying which he wouldn't have been able to do before. Really pleased with the result after just one visit and looks likely he won't need a follow-up appointment at this stage.
