Anna Aydinc is an experienced osteopath with over 15 years of clinical practice, specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, particularly spinal conditions. She regularly supports patients with low back pain, thoracic and rib pain, neck pain, headaches, and other issues affecting the spine and thoracic cage.
Originally from Germany, Anna graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy. She has worked in both NHS settings and private sports clinics, treating a wide range of patients—from athletes managing sports-related injuries to individuals experiencing persistent or complex musculoskeletal pain.
Ms Aydinc has a particular interest in the relationship between musculoskeletal pain and lifestyle factors. She is certified by the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and integrates evidence-based lifestyle medicine principles into her clinical approach. Research increasingly demonstrates strong links between musculoskeletal pain and factors such as sleep quality, physical activity, nutrition, stress levels, and overall resilience. By addressing these alongside physical treatment, she aims not only to reduce pain but also to support long-term recovery and help prevent recurring problems.
Her approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with detailed functional movement assessment to understand how the body operates as an integrated system. She is also a strong advocate of health technology and data-driven approaches to optimise patient outcomes. Where appropriate, she is interested in integrating digital health tools and digital therapeutics into patient care to support rehabilitation, track progress, and improve long-term musculoskeletal health.
Patients can expect a clear explanation of their condition, practical strategies to support recovery, and where appropriate, guidance around lifestyle changes that support sustainable improvements in musculoskeletal health.
In addition to her clinical work, Anna has lectured on multimodal healthcare strategies and continues to pursue advanced professional development within the musculoskeletal field. She is also the founder of a health technology company focused on developing end-to-end care pathways for musculoskeletal pain.

Anna is one of the best osteopaths I've ever worked with. She's incredibly kind and encouraging as well as always able to target the painful areas in my body and help me resolve them.
Anna is very welcoming and professional, I love that she explains what she is doing during the all session. I started seeing her for a neck / back issue and continue to visit her periodically now that i am pregnant to keep my body in good health.
Anna is very friendly and knows her stuff! I always feel better after our session.
Anna was well educated in her expertise, had professional mannerism and friendly approach.
Came in with an ongoing pain in my shoulders and neck. Anna’s treatment immediately resulted in me feeling significantly better. I continued with the treatment so that the pain would completely go away and to develop the proper habits for a long term effect. I whole heartedly recommend the treatment. Extremely professional, pleasant and helpful.
The assessment I had for my back issues was very thorough and I had a detailed diagnosis and treatment plan. The therapist was extremely friendly, well informed and knowledgable. I have only just started my treatments - they seem to be helping my back issues so far.
Very friendly and professional service, greatly recommend!
I booked an appointment after my back gave in and I could barely cross the room. Sitting was very difficult and I had to lose some work because of the situation. Anna was super professional and friendly, explaining in simple terms what the issue is. Beyond the treatment itself which was really helpful to my problem, she gave me some useful exercises to strengthen muscle support for my back. The exercises combined with the basic understanding of what is actually happening in my back really helped at home. I was given another appointment after which I am back to normal. Highly recommended.
