Dr Nicola Crowley

Dr Nicola Crowley is an accomplished Consultant Neonatologist and Paediatrician who provides expert clinical care for infants and newborn babies. Specialising in complex neonatal medicine, she is dedicated to supporting the health, development, and well-being of vulnerable infants. Her clinical practice centres on delivering evidence-based, compassionate care designed to support and reassure families during critical moments in early life.

Dr Crowley has a particular clinical interest in perinatal optimisation, Family Integrated Care (FICare), and the promotion of infant nutrition through the Baby Friendly Initiative. She actively leads clinical initiatives aimed at involving parents directly in the daily care of their infants within neonatal environments. Her areas of clinical focus include the management of premature birth complications, neonatal respiratory support, infant follow-up programmes, and comprehensive newborn assessments.

She earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and holds Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH). Furthermore, Dr Crowley completed a prestigious Darzi Fellowship focusing on clinical leadership and healthcare service innovation. She holds Certificate of Completion of Training status in Paediatrics with sub-specialty accreditation in Neonatal Medicine, maintaining active registration on the Specialist Register.
