About Miss Tamzin Cuming
Miss Tamzin Cuming is a consultant colorectal surgeon based at the Cleveland Clinic in London, where she specialises in early anal cancer treatment, anal neoplasia treatment surgery and high resolution anoscopy (HRA) surveillance after AIN/anal neoplasia and anal cancer treatment.

Miss Cuming earned her medical degree in 1994 from the University of London. She underwent her surgical training in England and London. During this time, she developed an interest in high-resolution anoscopy following training at the National Unit at Homerton Hospital in East London. She went on to complete her certificate of completion of training (CCT), followed by a Master's in Surgical Education from Imperial College. She became a consultant surgeon at Homerton Hospital in 2013.
She now runs the national unit, the Homerton Anogenital Neoplasia Service.
Additionally, she is the vice president elect of the International Anal Neoplasia Society and the chair of the Women in Surgery Forum at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
She holds a number of professional memberships, including fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, member of the Association of Proctology of Great Britain and Ireland, and member of the International Anal Neoplasia Society.

I had an amazing private consultation with Miss T. Cuming at the Cleveland Clinic in October 20 2024. I found her to be empathic, caring, reassuring, and kind to provide a clinic letter in order to refer me to the NHS service where she is the Lead Consultant. She has a wealth of knowledge as far as AIN and related issues are concerned, and I highly recommend everybody to have a private consultation with her.
