Really enjoyed my time with Mark.  Was very clear from the start the amount of sessions he felt were necessary to work with my condition - OCD - and the approach we would take.
Compassionate approach and a good use of humour, as well as challenging some limiting self beliefs.  Would highly recommend.

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself.

I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.
