About Calmer Clinics
Calmer Clinics hosts a dedicated team of experienced healthcare professionals who believe in a person-centred approach to achieve the optimal state of wellbeing for the individual. This ethos is based on combining sound biomechanics, bioenergetics, biochemistry and biopsychosocial therapies, with the clinicians aiming to target underlying causes to help you feel and perform the best you can.
Calmer Clinics collaborates with a wide range of specialists and organisations to enable you to achieve your goals. We are located in a luxury Fitness Club and Spa complex providing a calm but convenient healthcare oasis in the heart of London.
At Calmer Clinics, we are also proud to be collaborating with the Arthritis Action Charity, offering people with arthritis protected time with a clinician to discuss any concerns they might have and to talk about how the self-management approach might help them, at the same time as receiving some hands-on therapy, if appropriate. We have also recently joined the Pimlico Health Centre, and we offer a full range of GP services for mens' and womens' health.

I am always made to feel very welcome and relaxed at the clinic. I have every confidence in David Propert who is very knowledgable, professional and caring. I am very happy with my treatment plan which is achieving my desired outcomes.
Right from initial contact with the clinic the service has been none other than amazing. The receptionist Alisa was extremely helpful in trying to get me in with the right practitioner for what I was looking for. I have been seeing David for chronic shoulder pain and he is just wonderful. He is patient, friendly and open and always makes me feel at ease. My sessions have been going well and I love that the sessions include a different number of methods to help with pain management and it’s not just a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I would highly recommend David and the clinic itself has a lovely atmosphere as well as very friendly and helpful staff.

Calmer Clinics has been real find for us as a family; David treats me, my husband and our teenage son. My husband is super sporty and has found his treatments really beneficial as David has extensive experience of working with professional athletes so can advise on technique and recovering from injury. My son is undergoing orthodontic treatment and David is supporting all the facial changes wonderfully, it’s so reassuring to know he’s overseeing this big physical change. He is so lovely and chatty with my son and he actually enjoys his appointments! I have recurring back and neck issues and David helps relieve the discomfort immensely during the bad patches, his treatments last a long time and he advises on really helpful exercises to do at home to self-manage any issues. Don’t hesitate to book, David is highly qualified and a really friendly person!
