I have worked as an orthopaedic surgeon at Springfield and Broomfield hospital since 2002.

I specialise 100% in surgery of the knee and work closely with the physiotherapists.

I perform arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery for patients with meniscal (cartilage) injuries and anterior ligament reconstruction (ACL)

All my data is entered in the National Joint Register.

I am a high volume surgeon and perform all types of primary knee and revision surgery. I perform uni-compartmental, patello-femoral and total knee replacements. I believe it is imperative to be able to offer all the different types of knee replacement surgery so the patient has what is right for them.

I also work very closely with dedicated anaethetists who have a special interest in knee surgery as regards pain control and types of anaesthesia. Together we aim to provide an efficient and high quality service.
